I rarely write reviews but this company excel in customer service. I had an issue with a pair of boots and the issue was resolved so stress free and resolved on the same day. Will be buying all my horsey bits from here from now on.

Not used company before and ordered a couple of riding base layers for daughters Christmas presents.Was worried as hadn't arrived after a week so messaged them Sam replied immediately and gave me delivery date They arrived 2 days later as they said . Really good customer service would definitely use them again .

Customer service that goes above & beyond
I was looking for stirrups, for my daughter's Christmas. the prices came in far better than any other site. with the bonus of a 10% discount. when my order was received. the lady (Barbara) processing them noticed that my selection wasn't going to match. she emailed me to check if I had got my order correct. when I said that I thought that my selection might not be great, she provided me with alternatives that match much better. I was so impressed by this customer service. I will not forget it and will definitely be a returning customer.
