The Splashbacks were excellently made and as described. However if i could a recommendation , the packing could be better, as it suffered in transit , but luckily the glass arrived undamaged

Very easy to order, the finish is great! Ours took a little longer as they advised that they weren’t happy with the initial paint coat so they redid it. It didn’t add too much time to our order and we are really happy with it. Very easy to apply using their adhesive.

An easy to use website plus good communication with the company over my purchase. Great glass coloured splashback, exactly to size and colour matched to my requirement.

The splashback that we ordered, to go behind the cooker, was the green waterfall. Just by itself it looks fabulous,but when we switched on the light on the cooker hood, it looks as though the sun is shining through the trees into the valley. What a bonus.

The website was so easy to navigate. It was wonderful to see that there was an option to choose the colour and brand that you would like for you splashback.
When It arrived it was so securely packaged. The measurements were cut down to the exact millimetre and I was so pleased to find that the colour was perfect. The splashback is in place and all I can say is that it looks gorgeous. Thank you so much.

From the original idea to use a splashback we found that Direct Splashbacks had a very good, clear and followable website. It had plenty of info and an inquiry brough a reasonably quick response.
On ordering. any questions were quickly and suitably answered. There was feedback through the process and the ability to do a check before the product was finalised. Once received we found the splashback was well packaged and in excellent condition. We are very pleased with it and even here there is follow up help, support and guidance if fitting yourself.

Lead times were longish, but exactly as stated on their site. I know some reviewers have criticised the lead times but I don’t understand how they can be criticised for doing exactly what they said they would! Really pleased with the splashback and it looks really good in situ. All in all, a good quality buying experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I ordered a custom colour glass splashback to match the paintwork in my kitchen which was a Dulux Colour match so not a standard colour. Direct Splashbacks contacted me to let me know that they weren't happy with the result and they were going to try an alternative process. The finished splashback is a perfect match and looks superb. Really appreciate the commitment to getting the best possible results

Tony kindly agreed to delay delivery of the item to a time to suite me around a holiday. Within 24hrs of me contacting him to request the goods be sent, they had arrived. Great, friendly service and the splashback looks amazing!
