Wouldn’t do next day delivery even when paid for, took 4 days of trying to contact the company asking where my item was and they only replied because I said I was asking my bank for the money back. A proper dodgy company.

Disappointing - I ordered the item, paid for the item and then received confirmation that the item had been posted.

The next day I received an email advising the item was out of stock and I would receive a refund.

Two days later I received a refund.

Absolute shambles of a company, still havent refunded me my money and its coming up to 2 months, i keep contacting to chase up but no help what so ever all i keep hearing is that is has been processed, it cost me £10 to return the item because they dont provide return labels yet still havent refunded me my money, con artists!

I don't know if the fault is yours or your carrier's but I was promised delivery in 2 working days. I received your email that said the order had been despatched and I was expecting delivery by Wed and had arranged someone to come around to use the loppers I'd ordered. I'm disabled and have to make plans for things like this. As I'd ordered the item over the weekend and 2 working days was promised I expected it on Wed evening at the latest. In the end it arrived around 11am Thurs.
The item itself did the job it was intended for but the handle has broken after the single use.
