I paid for a Tulip Table 4 months ago. It never arrived!!
After 100+ emails and a phone number that is completely useless, they finally answered last week. Roberto admitted the table was broken by the delivery company.
Instead of a refund for something I never received, they’re trying to force a store credit. That’s not customer service — that’s holding my money hostage.
Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.
