I can’t thank Bruce and his team enough, the care and attention he showed to Ziva and us was amazing. Bruce took time to explain each step and didn’t rush at all. Ziva had never liked the vets, even as a puppy and being able to have this done at home made it so much easier for us. This is an Amazing service, highly recommended

It is very upsetting and sad losing a pet but Dignipets made the experience so much better with their compassion, time and experience of taking care of my elderly spaniel in our hour of need. So glad I used them for support at this difficult time.

If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I woke up on Easter Sunday to find our beloved, 12 year old Labrador, Poppy in a terrible state.

I contacted Dignipets via WhatsApp and received a response within 10 minutes. I don’t know who replied to my message, but I want to say thank you for your quick response, and respectful way you dealt with my enquiry.

We would also like to thank, Bruce, the vet, who came out and attended to Poppy.

Bruce explained the process and answered all of our questions with a level of kindness and understanding that was very much needed and appreciated during this difficult time, he also treated Poppy with the utmost of respect and dignity, something we will never forget.

Poppy’s ashes and paw print were personally delivered by the cremation service to the veterinary clinic she attended all of her life.

Our family would like to thank Dignipets and Bruce, from the bottom of hearts for all that you did that day.

As a family, we highly recommend.

After a brave fight to cancer, we had to say goodbye to our wonderful Binkey. Paula treated him with care, respect and kindness right to the end. Whilst it was a heart breaking decision, he is finally at peace thanks to the support of Dignipets

When I had to make the hardest call the receptionist was very gentle and kind.

They were very helpful and empathetic from the first telephone call. Everything was explained clearly and without any pressure at all. When the vet arrived on the day (Georgia) she went through everything that would happen and what to expect. She left us alone with our pet several times when she felt it was appropriate. The way she prepared him to leave the house will stay will stay with me forever. He looked so peaceful

We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved 16 year-old beagle, and during such an incredibly difficult time, Paula from Dignipets was nothing short of a blessing.

From the very first moment, Paula showed such genuine warmth, kindness, and compassion that it felt like we were being supported by a dear friend rather than someone we had just met. She handled everything with such care and sensitivity, making an unbearably painful experience feel just that little bit more peaceful and manageable.

We were absolutely distraught as a family to find out that Simba had been diagnosed with osteosarcoma in his hind leg, we rescued him only 5 years previously following a very rocky background for him. He has been so loyal and well behaved, it was a tough decision, and the thought of driving him to the vets was destroying us. The vet receptionist informed me about Dignipets and I dropped them an email, they instantly responded and something just felt right. Georgia arrived and was so warm and welcoming from the offset, she introduced herself and explained the procedure, no question was too much trouble. Georgia was highly professional and very reassuring throughout the whole process, she took control but allowed us our precious moments to have our cuddles and chats with Simba. Simba’s passing was very peaceful and in our own home, this kept him calm and comfortable at all times. I cannot recommend this service enough.

This was one of the hardest things I have ever done , although it was the right thing to do when you pet looks into your eyes with trust and love making that final decision is really hard.
Dignipets was the best option rather than dragging him to the vets to end his life in a strange place on a stainless steel table just isn’t right they came to us.
We weren’t rushed and were allowed to say good bye sitting in the garden feeding him cheese and chocolate .
He just drifted off peacefully,I would highly recommend dignipets

We were initially disappointed that our own vets would not visit our home (as they had done previously) to put our dog Teddy to sleep.
BUT, we could not have asked for any better passing for Teddy, than that created by Donna, of Dignipets. Teddy has had a lot of veterinary care previously and after some serious problems had developed a severe fear of vets in scrubs, and needles.
Donna helped us to sedate Teddy with oral gels, so that when she injected him with a further sedative, he didn't even flinch.
We have a catalogue of happy and funny memories but most importantly, our last memory is of him slipping calmly and gently into a peaceful eternal sleep.
A sincere Thank you to Donna and Dignipets.

I just want to say Bruce was absolutely amazing today, our collie Cassie showed us this morning that it was her time and when Bruce arrived he was wonderful from start to finish!

We will miss our girl deeply but in her last moments she was loved and comfy at home! I would 100% recommend this service and would hope Bruce knows he made today so much better and I know she is in the right hands we can’t wait for her to come home

The guilt you feel making one of the hardest decisions was dealt with empathetically and with care. Paula was just wonderful and I couldn't praise her more. There was no rushing and she was respectful with our grief.

We can't thank Bruce enough for his kindness and compassion with the passing of our beloved 12 year old Alfie. Bruce explained everything and made us feel at ease. We are so pleased we decided to keep Alfie at home rather than stressing him out taking him to the vets. It was all so peaceful and calm for all of us especially for my boy Alfie. We are truly heartbroken but my boy has found his peace.

We have used this service several times over the years .So professional,so calm and relaxed,respectful gave us time to say our good byes no rushing.We would like to say a very big thank you Jezra was back home after two days where he belongs .What an amazing team you have

She was very calm and gentle and she explained every step that we would take together with Bella in her final moments
Paula obviously has a love of animals and this showed in the way she talked to Bella and how she made her comfortable and treated her with the utmost respect and kindness throughout

The vet, Giorgio, was very kind and empathetic, as were the people we spoke to on the phone, and made a very painful process as easy as it could have been. Being able to say goodbye to Hollie in her own home and minimising her distress (she passed very peacefully) was really valuable to us. Thank you

My beautiful little cat.

She died peacefully at home in her bed in the spring sunshine after 20 amazing years. I was recommended Dignipets by the local veterinary hospital as I did not think a trip to a clinic, for her, would be a dignified and stress free way to say goodbye. I felt so utterly conflicted about what to do as things had deteriorated for my cat heading into a weekend. Dignipets really helped provide my gorgeous little cat with a calm, dignified and peaceful death at home. Heartfelt thanks to Wendy who received my call and made a prompt booking and Lucian the vet who arrived quickly and who's calm and reassuring demeanour made such a difference at such an emotional and heartbreaking time.

This is the most meaningful review I have written via Trustpilot, there are never enough stars or words to share how significant a service like this can be to both pets and their owners. The most difficult decision and the most difficult day of my life but it was a perfect goodbye. Thank you very very much.

This is the first time we have used an at home service . Roxy our beloved Rotti is the 5th dog we have lost over the 40 years we’ve been together and this was the most dignified and peaceful ending for our precious girl. Katherine was amazing so caring , she really put us at ease and made our last hour with our girl so special . RIP Roxy 10/11/2025
