Today, I received a sales call from Digicrome. Firstly, the caller’s tone was quite rude and unprofessional. Secondly, they falsely claimed that someone had already contacted me, which was not true. I informed them that I was reviewing other courses in the market. Based on my experience, I also noted that the course seemed targeted at entry-level participants and had poor reviews, making it less relevant to my current position. After I shared this, the caller abruptly changed their tone, asked my name twice, and then hung up

I did complete program Data Science with AI, overall good experience because digicrome team very supportive. i suggest digicrome academy support team back office proper not helping time to time. othervise trainer too good.

Hi Everyone, I am a Digicrome student and I would like to share my experience with Digicrome Academy as a Data Science and AI student and a advisory for future students
1.First of all i would strictly advise you to do not invest a single penny in this course. You'll get a better return on Investment if you'll burn your money than this course.All the reviews that re their on Google and on different sites are fake please don't fall for them, i also believed it and fell for the trap.you would even find a review from their own employee telling about their truth.
2. Don't fall for the typical Salesperson or counsellors pitch of 100% placement. Hardly 2% students get placed wo bhi 3-4 lakhs ka package in some startup with no job security. i have destroyed my 10 months, i don't want any other person to suffer.i joined the course because i was from non-technical background and was promised that they would get me placed atleast 6LPA job. however i was working at 7.65LPA previously.
3. The standard of classes are below par, whatever they are teaching can be learned free without paying this huge amount of money. we have completed SQL, power BI , Tableau And Excel inonly 8 classes just imagine what's the quality of education they are providing and after paying so much money, their tutors make us felt like they are doing a huge favour on us. Go watch youtube Videos and learn from there, it's much better.
4. They would get you to sign an Acknowledgement which would have many conditions mentions, please don't give them any acknowledgement, they legally safeguard themselves by doing that.
5. Atlast what disappointed me the most was the behaviour of staff,i made the whole payment one time and after that whwn i was not satisfied and got to know about their truth from previous students and shared my concerns with the my counsellor, first of all she talked very rudely and then blocked me. IT FELT LIKE I GOT SCAMMED.
6. You won't get any of your money back once you've made the payment, i have requested them many times and they completely denied it.
7. Please i beg every future students to do not take any of these courses by these edtech companies because you will only suffer emotionally and mentally because you'll only suffer emotionally and waste your money. Return on Investment is NILL. There certificates also don't have any value in present day scenario.
PS: i am also uncertain that i will even get a certificate.

Unprofessional counselling experience.
I enquired about Digichrome Academy’s program and asked genuine questions regarding curriculum and placement support. Instead of clear answers, the counsellor responded in a rude and condescending manner, accused me of wasting their time, and even commented on my affordability, which is highly inappropriate.
Placement claims could not be independently verified, and questioning them was discouraged. Overall, the interaction felt sales-driven and unprofessional. Prospective students should verify everything carefully before enrolling.

i have completed data science and ai course with digicrome, and learning experience was really good. trainers was supportive, course content was quite practical and easy to follow.

however, after completing course, i have not received kind of support i expected from placement team yet. i am still waiting to see how much help i will get going forward.

overall good platform for learning, but i hope placement support improves for better student outcomes.

They were real good about selling. Once taking the course, I was given a PM to talk to. My only contact is through WhatsApp and was from India. He was not responsive and I am fairly certain was lying to me about the fix to a technical problem. The course notebooks that the instructor would post every week was not available. Clearly an issue on the backend. Emailed support. Got one response then silence. Never fixed the problem. Gave them plenty of time to get back with me, but never did. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Go elsewhere!!!

I am writing to share my experience regarding the Data Science course I enrolled in at Digicrome. When I initially joined, I was shown a demo of the course that presented a different learning approach than what was actually provided. Unfortunately, the study materials and teaching methods did not meet my expectations. The content I received was not aligned with the demo, and I feel that the course did not provide adequate learning in data science.

Moreover, the job opportunity that was presented to me was based on my previous experience, rather than the skills I was expected to develop through the course. I underwent an interview for a position linked to my prior experience, rather than any job directly related to the Data Science course.

Additionally, after completing the course, I was contacted to post a feedback on Google regarding placement. However, I did not provide any feedback regarding the study materials, as I was dissatisfied with the lack of quality education provided. The teaching staff, unfortunately, did not meet the expectations for a comprehensive and enriching learning experience.

I feel that Digicrome may not have the resources or qualified instructors to offer the level of education promised, and I would caution prospective students who are considering this program. If anyone requires further details or would like to hear about my experience. I am happy to provide an honest and professional review.

Recent Update 2 :- This morning, I received another call from them asking me to remove my review. After disconnecting the call, I started experiencing continuous, automated, non-stop spam in the form of fake calls and OTP bombardments. This has escalated into clear cyber harassment.

Digicome and their marketing team are employing every below-the-belt, cheap tactic to pressure me into removing the review. I contacted the cyber cell, and they have instructed me to formally register a harassment case with all supporting evidence, including call recordings, continuous spam calls, and OTP messages.

Update 1:- Now i am getting multiple calls & threat calls from Digicrome & their marketing team to remove this Review.

Upon expressing my decision to choose a more affordable and higher-quality alternative, I was met with disrespectful texts, cursing, and even degrading comments. Such behavior is unacceptable from any service provider, let alone one that claims to be a leader in education.

I recently completed the Data Science and AI course, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience!
