They take your money and then vanish — no replies to emails, no answers to calls, nothing.

I paid a deposit for their Digital Marketing Diploma, only to discover afterward that EU countries are not included in their admissions form.

When I requested a refund based on this, they completely ignored my emails and phone calls for weeks. I was left with no choice but to open a bank dispute. They DARED to contest my dispute, but my bank ruled in my favor and I received my full refund.

After a few days, they sent me an email demanding I remove this review within 3 days, threatening defamation lawsuits. This tactic is itself illegal under EU consumer protection law, which explicitly protects consumers' rights to share honest reviews.

Avoid at all costs!

There teaching was good, i developed relevant skills thanks to Mr. Parth, placement was slow, if not for that i would have given 5 star.

I joined BIA(Bangalore MG Road) to pursue Gen AI/Agentic AI development certification along with placement. I completed the certification and I am waiting for the placement and especially for the remote opportunity, there is no support from the BIA team(HR, Program Owner) about the placements. They gave false promise and its really useless those who looking for placement/freshers who is looking for job opportunity. They are zero at placement support. Fake promise and useless

Please don't join here, everything is scam,don't believe in the staffs words,they are all fake, wate of time and money, this is my practice experience.no placements,no good coaching

Great faculty! Course covered everything from basic to advance tools used in real world industries. Trainers are knowledgeable and always available when needed. Highly recommended!
