Never received a refund, even after they stated refunded me. They taken the payment on the 6th Nov 25. Then emails saying sorry for the delay and further excuses continued. I ordered the item from another company, it arrived in 5 days. Refund now received today 20th March 26

I felt compelled to share my positive experience with DigiBroadcast.
I spoke to them on the phone yesterday to check a few things then purchased an expensive tripod and video head from them.
It arrived today in good used condition as described and all works great!
I wouldn't use this company again
I wouldn't use this company again. From start to finish they put off an air of amateurishness, starting with the order process, where I had to pester them just to give me order tracking.
I bought a second-hand ME66 microphone
from DB. It arrived in a completely non-functional state, so I asked for a refund, which they eventually issued. Once again, their communication was poor, simply issuing a refund to Paypal without mentioning it, and not refunding my postage.
You would expect a company selling professional equipment would do at least some basic tests on that equipment before offering it for sale. Apparently not.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I ordered an item online, I opened the box to check if it was the correct item (something which is within my consumer rights as it was an online purchase) and now to return it they want to charge me 25% of the item cost and postage. Obviosuly when selling broadcast equipment, it has to fit into different systems we need to be able to check the item is for its intended purpose. If you want any kind of consumer rights, shop elsewhere.
Avoid at all costs, scammers - needs zero stars!!
To start with I would give this zero stars if I could....
We purchased a DJI Pocket 2 camera on the 4th September 2025 for £280.50.
I had an email from them on 12th September 2025 to say the camera is on back order and no ETA, they suggested a far more expensive alternative and asked if we would like to continue waiting or order the next model up. I politely requested a refund as we did not want to risk waiting too long and said we would look around for alternatives ourselves. I had an email on the 15th September 2025 to say the refund would take 8-10 business days.
On the 30th September 2025 I contacted them again to say no refund had been received. They said they would check with their 'accounts team' and come back to me, they never did so I emailed them again on the 2nd October 2025 to say we need a refund issuing by the end of the day. It is now the 6th October and we have not received a refund and unsure if we ever will.
I would avoid this company at all costs, they take your money, but do not provide the product or a refund if things go wrong.
Sigma 150-600 Telephoto Lens
Bought a Sigma 150-600 Telephoto Lens from Digibroadcast for my Canon EOS. Got a bargain discounted price compared to other camera retailers. Great results from it from an overseas Airshow I went to. Thought I had a problem with it & Digibroadcast checked it over & all was fine. Great service from Jamie & the team there.

I called Digi broadcast after trying multiple other suppliers with little or no assistance and no positive outcome for me getting the parts I needed. .
At Digi broadcast I was dealt with by Jamie.
I ordered 3 parts which had to be stocked from the US.
My order was dealt with immediately in terms of contacting the US supplier, calling me back to check specifics , placing the order and having my parcel within days.
In comparison to other broadcast suppliers this was a brilliant experience.

ESTAFA. Tras comprar un producto y venir en mal estado, en el mismo día en el que lo recibí, solicité la devolución. Me generan un número RAN pero ninguna Etiqueta de devolución. Cuando les escribo para saber más detalles, NO RESPONDEN. Dejan pasar el tiempo para que se termine el plazo de devolución. Además, no devuelven los GASTOS ÍNTEGROS sino que devuelven sólo una parte. GRAN ESTAFA con referencias supuestamente de Bélgica o Londres, porque los datos especificados son FALSOS. DENUNCIEN COMO YO.

Never buy anything with Digibroadcast
I live in Europe. After 2 months of patience, I never received the complete ARRI MIni kit they promised me : many very expensive accessories were missing. Despite the parcel arrived sealed, they argued it was the carrier fault.
4 months and several messages after the delivery, I NEVER received my complete order.
They are very dishonest and considered you as a fool.

Think twice before ordering
I was told the camera I wanted would be in stock within two weeks, maybe sooner, so I went ahead and paid £4500. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning of a long, frustrating experience. Six weeks later, I still didn’t have the camera, despite being promised I’d receive it within two weeks. Every time I reached out, I was told they were ‘struggling to get it’ but couldn’t give me a firm date on when I’d receive it.
Finally, after six weeks, I requested a refund. Even then, it took another two weeks, multiple phone calls, and countless emails to get my money back.
After all this, I found another company that delivered the same camera to my door within three days. I would not recommend this company if you’re looking for reliability or good customer service.

Positive selling experience.
I sold my cinema camera to Digi Broadcast at the end of September. Had a positive experience since day one. Huge thank you to Jamie (account manager) who went above and beyond to make sure I was kept updated, and that the transaction process was smooth and timely. He is an asset to the company.

Got order confirmation straightaway. On Monday was informed by them that my item was being despatched via DPD who in turn informed me of an estimated delivery for today Tuesday 11th June. My item was well packaged and just arrived today with no surprises. The unit was as described.
Definitely earmark this company for my future reference.
