Disgusting after sales service. Been on to the company from the day after the fit 12 Nov 2024. Spoke to Adam (6 times now) asking for a receipt for the payment I have made and complaining about the finish internally. Also mentioned that I was promised 5 keys to each door by the rep and this has not materialised. Each time I ring Adam he assures me he will look into it further and said he would enquire further about additional keys and get back to me. Not heard from him since. Miriam has spoken to me a few times and actually called me before Christmas to assure me my receipt of payment would be sent in the post (clearly email is beyond this company). I mentioned in the last call with her that I had emailed a complaint and mentioned the fact that one of the doors was faulty and difficult to turn the handle to open it and close it and she kind of went through the complaint with me and said when somebody comes round to sort out the issues internally they can look at the door also. Nobody has been and nobody has contacted me since before Christmas. I did mention to Adam that I would call in to the office to make my complaint verbally at the store and Adam thought that this was funny. My advice if you use this company is do not pay them until you are 100% comfortable with the work, unlike yours truly. My complaint remains unresolved so letter on its way.

Although the windows are very nice, any follow up service is total crap. I have now been attempting to get them back to replace a cill which was damaged during installation and relace a double glazed unit which has alread been replaced once but again fitted with internal marks. Numerous promises made all of which have not materialised, everytime they are contacted out comes the excuse book.

Contrary to the reply below claiming that the work was "scheduled", I have heard nothing more in the ten days since it was posted and I still do not have a confirmed date when the work is to be completed. Do they really expect me to wait until they happen to have installers working on the next street to get to rectify mistakes the installers made back in October last year?

Now 18th February, almost a full month since the below from "Customer Services and still no date confirmed when the work will be completed.

Had windows fitted today. Happy with the service. Dealt with everything professionally. Qualities superb.

A cautionary tale. I placed my order in September in good faith. Due to finance not being passed I asked for my £1000 deposit back. 4 months later I’m being fobbed off with excuses. Faisal is out, Faisal is in a meeting. Faisal is at physio. I’m £1000 out of pocket and now find myself having to start proceedings to recover my money. Be very careful if putting down a large deposit with this company.

Great service, really reliable workmen

Ordered some windows to replace my old ones and their seller guaranteed that they would be installed before Christmas. after a week i contact them to have a date for the install.

surprise suprise now they telling me that it can only be done at end of January which i challenged back and now they wont even take my calls.

Im now tryng to cancel the ordered and lost 3 weeks back and forward with this dodgy company that clearly only want your money.

AVOID at ALL COSTS

Wasn't sure what to expect, as replacement windows and doors are a minefield. Thankfully all went well, and it looks and feels so much better now.

Called them in for a quote...fell for the sales pitch...ordered two doors and all windows...not disappointed... beautiful end product despite the difficulties removing my old wooden units...thank you to all throughout
UPDATE...Called them over a month ago to sort a couple remedials.....told they would sort it within 10 days...still waiting ....shame its come to this

This is our first time using Diamond, We visited there factory in Bramley and was shown around by Tanya who explained how everything was manufactured. The next day there sales rep Liam who was amazing popped over and left us a price. He knew exactly what we wanted and made sure throughout the whole process we were happy. The Installers were great. We've managed to get exactly what we wanted when other companies said they couldn't do it. It wasn't a straight forward installation it took two surveyor to double check everything so that everything was made correctly in my opinion was good practice. Danny, Kyle and Andrew who fitted the windows were very professional and clearly very good at what they do. Arrived prompt and had the old windows out and new ones in within a few hours. Very pleased with the outcome and the house looks completely different

Made an appointment for an estimate to replace my front and back doors at my rental property, arranged to meet the representative, waited over an hour after the appointment but he never showed up

Had my doors fitted by Diamond windows, have to say there were very professional, tidy and done a very good job. I Highly recommend them.

Had my composite door done from these guys and it was just as described in a lovely chartwell green colour. I would recommend these guys to all thankyou

Excellent service, great looking windows and doors. The day of install the men turned up in time and only left after throughly cleaning the area they had been working.
