I had patio doors installed. From start to finish the installation went really well. I would definitely recommend this company.

The team from Diamond Windows arrived at our premises on time. They were very friendly and extremely professional.
The job was to change 9 windows, 2 patio doors and 1 front door. The Diamond window team worked throughout their lunch breaks to ensure the job was completed on time. The quality of work was excellent and the fit and finish of the windows and doors are fantastic.
I would highly recommend Diamond Windows.

Had all my windows 2 doors and a set of patio doors fitted.
The team were polite and helpful. It was a mess however they cleaned everything up. Even cleaned all the windows prior to leaving.
Walked me around all the work to make sure I was satisfied.
I was impressed with the price and the work carried put.

My windows and door were miss measured, would not supply correct size, just bogged in with expanding foam 3 inch wide. fitted the windows, but have still not been back to fit the door now 3 months later.
i called a number of times to get a fitting date, now they do not return my calls, the phone is just hung up now when i call

From the day I first made contact with Diamond Windows they have been a pleasure to deal with. Within a few days we had an extremely good quotation for the two bow windows we needed replacing.
A date was set for the fitting which was adhered to.
The fitting was completed in one day for which we were really grateful. The fitters were very thorough in everything they did.
My wife and I are delighted with the finish of the windows and we are sure they will be much easier to maintain than the Gorgian bow we had before.
Even the neighbours have made comments how impressed they are with the windows,

I have to say double glazing companies get a bad press, but Diamond Windows fantastic no pressure sales, we were kept upto date with dates for fitting and the fitters were fantastic. The windows are top quality. Thank you again we are so pleased

The installation team was professional and efficient, completing the job on time and with minimal disruption. The fitters was there for 2 days as it was 12w 1 door there clean everything up put dust sheet on the floor am so happy with the work the house is so nice and warm now lol i highly recommend this company

I wish i can give a 0 star.I never seen a fishy company like this.I got a quote on November 2024.They asked me a to pay a deposit which i paid 2040.After a two weeks i called them and asked when you will install my windows and doors.Adam said you will receive a call.But nobody called me.They make me waited 2 and half months.In 2 and half months I called multiple times Adam always said you will receive a call but no one called me ever.I am fedup to call again and again finally one day I called again and asked same thing .Adam said sorry we can’t install your windows because we haven’t got any windows glass.Just imagine i waited two and half months and called 100 times and now i am listening this shit.Don’t trust on this company they are very unprofessional and looking for your deposit money.Finally this week i called again and said to Adam plz return my deposit otherwise i will take a court action against your company.

Service quality was absolutely amazing, very responsive, had my full house done from these guys and they got it done it 2 weeks would definitely recommend

Can I say got diamond windows to give us a quote for 6 two tone windows got on really well with the guy he was not pushy with the price after a while we put our deposit down and next thing he said he would send a surveyor round to measure up in November lovely polite chap came took the measurements jotted down openings and handles /colour had them fitted in December 3 fitters came 5 1/2 hours later all fitted jobs a goodn would highly recommend this company from Sandra and Terry
