Well fitted by great guys at a reasonable price. 7 windows fitted in a day and all ( but one bucket ) of waste removed and taken away. Cleaned up as they went so no problems there. Iff we had any more to do , would use again.

The fitter was very polite and helpful.

So to start sales people lovely and very friendly...all will seem great till they get your money and windows are done. Even the fitters I was informed by the other half were lovely no issue. My issue and reason for the review is the non existent aftercare and what feels like inconsistency in whats agreed. Sold on an independent party checking the install and this seems alien to them WHEN you can speak to someone. Currently what could of been a quick easy fix for them has taken almost two months still waiting for the second made appointment to fix issues and I have had to chase any responses or contact from them so many times I've lost count threatened deadlines and asked for responses in writing. The one reason this has not got 1 star has been a lovely lady I feel sorry for that has managed to contact us and arrange an appointment which was then cancelled. The "aftercare" process for this company would put me off using them again for sure. Still waiting on written confirmation of how this can be made right, prepared to update once contact made in writing which has been requested several times.

Second review.

3 weeks later I found around the front door frame work inside bottom left had a crack. When having a closer look it seems to have silicone over the crack where someone tried to hide it.

I rang up explaining the information, they gave me the aftercare email and said to send pictures and an explanation. I did so on the day (monday).

On Thursday the very helpful and polite director of the company rang me and explained the process and how he could resolve the issue.

It was great having that re-ensurance and one to one conversation with him.

Patsy the sales person that came was lovely, we had the back windows installed first. The weather was terrible but they did a great job on all but the sliding door, long story. Numerous phone calls got me nowhere, they did ring back asking how happy we where with the job and was there was any other jobs that we where thinking of doing. They gave a quote for the front of the house and to be honest they have done a really good job, the other problems where rectified, all but one which I am assured will be sorted. I shall give them the benefit of the doubt, I will say the fitters that did the front of the house were 100% better than the ones who did the back.

All is well upto now looks good price is good triple glassed hope they keep us warm over winter

The company was very professional and spent time to show me how to work door and some tips, the worked through the rain and worked untill job was completed, which was around 7.30pm and they never rushed would highly recommended them.

From getting a quote to having windows fitted. Everything went very smoothly and can’t fault the company at all. The fitters were very polite and respected my property throughout, even though they had forgot the inset for the door, they couldn’t apologise enough and it arrived and fitted in no time.

Excellent service.good quality windows .two lads from Leeds fitted them in a day.. cleaned after themselves. Would recommend to anyone using them. At some point will get back of house done. Cheers lads

The fitter was lovely, clean and very good.

Diamond windows well..! it's one of them companies you have to push to get things resolved.

This leaves a bitter taste, this ruins the experience and cost of getting windows and doors fitted.

They are good but if you want stress mix in yes..!! These are the ones to go with..

Really happy with the service, not only did Ricky and the team get my windows finished in record time, they were so friendly and the windows look incredible too! The only reason for 4 stars is that cleanup could have been a little better overall but we'd recommend Diamond windows to anyone. Communication with the office has been incredible too, couldn't be happier with our new windows ☺️

Quick installation of windows and doors, high quality products. Very nice group of men that worked very well as a team. They were very respectful and considerate of our pets to not cause them any stress.
Follow-ups after installation to assure we are happy with the results and have the option to raise any concerns. Would 100% recommend!

The process was very easy as office and fitters were very professional, the fitters paul, paul and Zak, came to Manchester they were spot on with the fitting great at explaining the process and were very good natured, which is change these days, everything went smoothly and I would definitely recommend these guys for your windows and doors, thanks again everyone.

Was bit dubious at first as didn't start off to great but the fitters and the completed work made up for issues at the beginning

Great service, and fitted really quickly and hardly any mess , long time waiting for fensa cert is my only complaint , but been in contact and apparently on its way , we shall see

Update: had to report to my bank as unable to get my deposit back and they've now opened a fraud case against them

The guys fitting were professional. The gent who surveyed the property was informed. Overall a very good job well done

Great company, nice guys to deal with. Danny was very helpful, Ricky was great showing me all the work they did on the day of installation. Very neat work and tidy afterwards, didn't take long at all for all 9 windows to be replaced. Will definitely use these guys again, would definitely recommend ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️ all day

Great window fitting service. No issues with fit. Office was a tad disorganised with the completion forms initially due to a mix-up of work done, but this was rectified when I spoke to them about it.
