Very quick to get me on board to sign and complete the work and very attentive.
But trying to get home of them after the job has been completely to hell with my issues - none existent.

The fitters didn't do the best job they left a mess, and were quick to finish the job doing quite a bit of damage to the property which I had to resolve myself.

Also, the very expensive patio doors I purchased were damaged during installation and no one has been out to resolve this. Also, the door was not sealed properly to the floor or the frame.

I have had the windows and doors in now around 8/9 month and all the sealant has come away from the windows and the noise that comes from the front door when it is windy, due to not being fitted properly, is unbearable and disturbs sleep in the whole house.

I have raised my concerns via email 3 times and b ok one had got back to me. I also have range on at least 15 seperate occasions and there is no answer.

These doors and windows are under warranty so there should be some form of aftercare, and after the amount of money spent, you'd of thought someone would have at least gotten back to me to help resolve my issues. This has been on going for 3 months.

Poor quality workmanship and poor quality customer service, would not recommend.

I had windows and door fitted by Diamond Windows and paid £8000. One of the windows needs a repair and I have been promised someone would attend, but it seems there is an issue at getting someone round to repair this window.
Attendance 1. I told them to ring me an hour before they attend which would give me enough time to get from work. They rang me when they were on my door step.
Attendance 2. The said they would attend between 9 and 11 but stated I would have to leave for work around 12. They turned up ar 14.00 when I wasn't there.
Attendance 3. Failed attendance 21.08.25. No explanation, only an apology. Promised to attend 27.08.25.
Attendance 4. Did not attend on the 27.08.25. No explanation.
Beware of this company.

I had 4 windows fitted. One was a bay window with internal wooden shutters. I was pleased that the fitting went well and no damage to the shutters. The guys worked non stop through the day and were polite and well mannered. The house and garden were left tidy. I am pleased with my windows.

Good communication from start to finish.
Fitters efficient and polite and didn't stop till everything done and site cleared.
Would use again.

From Start to they had completed all of our widows and doors, the company kept me in the loop of time, manufacturing double check and the day of installation was better than anticipated with a crew working proffessionaly as a team ,with the friendly atmosphere these guys are the best.
I would definitely recommend Diamond Windows to anyone and nearly a year these Windows and doors look brand new.

DO NOT i repeat DO NOT let these people into your home. We orderd a upvc door and side panels i stated i wanted the same panel on the door as my front door. They phoned back said we cannot get that panel, well it's from ebay i did. No cannot do that I said give me the dimensions of the door. I will get it. That was the last we heard of them, from the 7/7/25 to the 7/8/25. The worst company i have dealt with. I have been in touch with my bank to retrieve my £320.

4 windows and a new front door fitted, lads had to travel 2 and a half hours either way, also had to deal with horrendous wind and waterfalls of dust coming from my cavities, didn’t complain and cracked on, done a really good job, very polite and chatty

Workmen arrived at 8.00am, they both worked their socks off in terrible weather conditions. They were polite and courteous, they went above and beyond. Very happy with my windows

Workmen arrived punctually and explained what was being done.
However having completed conservatory the company !Diamond windows of Leeds said they could build a new outbuilding.i agreed to this providing I paid in cash before work started.after 2 months nothing happened.the surveyor ,Bill brooks informed me that he had left the company from I'll health ,and that due to winter approaching work would not commence until spring. This failed to materialise.
In November 2025 the company went into liquidation and that the managing director Fialsel Hussain had disappeared. I started County Court action immediately.

I got the quote and job done with in weeks very professional and good job
