Fantastic service from start to finish. Shutters were beautiful and the installation was professional, efficient and tidy. I cannot praise this company more. Would recommend without a hesitation.

The shutters are lovely & was pleased with the service. The only thing I would say is to be specific with your instructions & ensure that you're all talking about the same thing. I wanted the new ones to be set out identical to the existing ones in another room & pointed this out at time of ordering (& understood that they would be) -unfortunately they are not the same & I wasn't present when they were installed

Reliable, reasonably priced, friendly tidy fitter. Beautiful shutters too, what a difference to the rooms!! Highly recommended

Great service. The company is a joy to do business with from start to finish. James who completed our fitting yesterday was very good. He took great care of our property and was very professional at all times. He made a great job of fitting our shutters.

We have just bought and fitted shutters in front windows (bay and upstairs) to upgrade from curtains. The whole process was easy and straightforward due to Diamond's great communication, giving us regular updates on timings of delivery. The office offered temporary blinds as needed as curtain rail broken. All staff were efficient, honest and person-centred. The shutters are high quality and look clean, bright and amazing. I totally recommend.

We used Diamond Shutters in our last property and was very pleased with the product and Service.
We have now had shutters installed in our new property and once again the service has been outstanding. Due to the very hot summer we decided to get a final shutter fitted on our landing and James came to do this yesterday. A personal touch as always and we are really happy and would 100% recommend this business.
Well done - keep up the great work 😊

Excellent all round! Amazing service from the office to the staff taking measurements and fitting the shutters! We have used them twice now and both times have delivered perfect results! We are really happy with our shutters! Also reasonable prices and great payment options!

Would highly recommend them!

Quick and efficient at quoting with a good price.
Work completed quickly and on agreed dates.
Quality of shutters very good and a small mistake was rectified quickly with and efficiently.

Just had patio doors fitted by Diamond shutters, excellent quality and fitting. We used Diamond Shutters around 16 years ago so we knew we would get a fantastic friendly service. Well done would highly recommend this company.

I have used Diamond for window shutters in the past and now for a retractable blind in the kitchen ceiling lantern to keep the heat out during the hot summer months
Every time has been a pleasure dealing with Danielle Jane Kevin and the team in Sidcup.

I am absolutely delighted with my Diamond Shutters! From the very beginning, the service was professional, friendly and attentive. The quality of the shutters is exceptional, and they have completely transformed the look of my home.

They are beautifully made, elegant and give the rooms such a stylish, luxurious finish. The installation was also excellent, with great attention to detail.

A special thank you to the whole Diamond Shutters team for their professionalism and care. I couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality ♥️

Diamond Shutters installed shutters in my dining room and kitchen. The whole experience was very good. It all went well and I am very pleased with the result. Everyone was polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with

Small friendly company who have been very helpful in assisting me with my choice of shutters.
Had the last ones done today and fitter was prompt, polite and did a good job.

Would highly recommend Diamond Shutters

The survey was a great help and advice for the best type of shutters to have, the office staff also very helpful and polite, and James who fitted the window shutters was very professional so I would recommend Diamond shutters 100%

We have now used Diamond Shutters on our last two houses, and on both occasions we’ve had a fantastic experience.

From start to finish, the customer service has been excellent. The surveyors were knowledgeable, professional and really helpful, while the fitters were clearly very experienced. They did a brilliant job and, importantly, were extremely tidy and respectful of our home.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Diamond Shutters to anyone looking for great quality, excellent service and a professional team. We’ve been very impressed both times and would happily use them again.
