They came out promptly to carry out the original survey and talked us through the different options available. We decided to go with the composite shutters, and we received the quotation back the same day.

After getting a few other quotes, we decided to go with The Luxury Shutters Co, and we are very glad we did.

Once the shutters had been manufactured, the installation was booked in. The fitting team arrived on the agreed date and time and completed the full installation in just one day.

We couldn’t be happier with the finished result. The quality of the shutters and the standard of the installation are excellent, and they have made a huge difference to the look and feel of our home.

David did an excellent job of explaining the options available to us.
We chose the English version in white.
Slightly dearer but better quality than the Chinese equivalent. They were also significantly earlier in delivery time.
David arrived on the day and installed the shutters on our two bay windows.
Fantastic workmanship and also explained how to look after the shutters.

Have just had shutters fitted to front windows upstairs and downstairs. Dealing with The Luxury Shutters Co has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. From initially coming to measure right through to the fitting everything worked like clockwork. The office staff and the fitters all very efficient, polite and professional. Workmanship is of highest standard and when fitted all packaging and such like taken away and room left spotless. Delivery and fitting all done around within a week of time indicated on ordering, cannot fault anything.
