Products good - Privacy BAD
I was happy with the products, although you can tell the quality control is lower than usual - however this correlates with the price so I am happy overall.
Considering that I paid for delivery, bought in a Friday and not received until Thursday the next week: I would say this is a slow delivery time.
The most upsetting thing is that they obviously give your email address to other companies, as I have got many spam messages since shopping with them; My assurance it's them sharing my details is certain, as I have been out of the country for a couple of years and my email address has not been used for anything else apart from my purchase with this company 🤨

Regarding delivery times, we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery speed ultimately depends on the courier service. If your order was placed on a Friday, it would have been processed the next business day, and delivery times may vary depending on Royal Mail or other couriers used.

The only external parties that receive necessary details (such as your name and address) are our trusted couriers, primarily Royal Mail, to ensure your order reaches you.
