Yesterday, we didn't get the tech's name written down but he was most helpful in configuring some things for us. Today, Rick helped us with a second part of the configurations. Much appreciated BOTH DAYS!

Well the system now arms in both Stay and Away modes. However what caused the system to not arm in those modes (the reason for the service call) was not found.

The technician went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable. Kept me updated throughout the service call.

Didnt removed old equipment as request and told would happen. Also was quoted incorrectly had to pay additional.

Phenomenal experience. Crystal knocked it out of the park with her professionalism and extensive knowledge. She went above and beyond to make sure our cameras were installed strategically and made sure our apps were all set. Couldn't recommend DFW Security enough. 10/10

It’s too soon to give a definitive review because the system was just installed, regarding this process, the person that came to check the house for our security needs was very knowledgeable and suggested the system that will work for our house. One of the things I did not like is that they want me to sign a contract for 3 years, I was buying all the equipment and paying for the installation that was expensive even though I didn’t get all that they were suggesting. When you pay for all in advance you don’t need a long contract, they don’t have any risk, is not that they were offering me for free or a discounted price if I signed a long contract, initially they were reluctant to give me a contract for 1 year instead of the standard for 3 years, but we got an agreement and signed a 1 year. The installation process was painless and everything apparently is working and my wish is to never use it in e real emergency, but if we have to use it hopping that will work for that it was designed

The technician was respectful and professional. When there was a delay, I received a phone call. Reasonable prices. Would highly recommend their services.

We have to cancel appointment at the time of installation, and they were understanding and rescheduled quickly. They have great customer service and I would highly recommend them.

The technician was very knowledgeable about why my system was not working well. The diagnostics were accurate. It was very impressive to have a specialist who knew how well the system is supposed to work.

Our technician was SO helpful! He carefully explained what was wrong, what he would do, and helped us clean up some on-line items that we’d been unable to execute. He was so polite, efficient and informative! Thank you for such great service!

It was fine.

Two of my home security cameras were not working and also the doorbell camera. I won’t mention names but I have had two other company’s before DFW , the last one I even paid to get out early just couldn’t deal with crappy service and product. My cameras honestly didn’t work most of the time. I would have to sit on phone with tech as they are asking me to go all over my house or computer etc etc. anyways I have DFW of course now and they re-wired things that should have never been done in the first place. Everything has been great until I changed login in info on network. I called and RICK was amazing and very patient and knowledgeable. He had it fixed within the hour. Very happy with DFW

No problems. It was just a simple thing and taken care of quickly on the first call.
