What seemed like a difficult job, Gerardo took his time and created a way to make it work. I recommend Neighbors Electric to anyone who wants professionalism and integrity.

The team did a great job
The team did a great job. The only problem of note was that they could not finish the job due to a technical issue. We had to call back and schedule a second visit instead of having DFW Securities know that they had an unfinished job to hat needed to be completed. Not a major issue but an inconvenience.

He explained everything to us clearly and concisely. He didn’t try to pressure sell us but explain what we had and if we needed something more this is how we could get it. He documented and made sure we understood our system. Really appreciate all the Kaleb did. If you want a top notch technician highly recommend Kaleb.

DFW Security continued to charge us despite the system not being monitored since 2025.
We cancelled service and our bank account is still being charged monthly. Please refund charges and cease drafting on our bank account.

Our previous conversations both by phone and in person have only centered around the options to upgrade your system which has reached its end of life. We truly appreciate your 15 years with us and would love the opportunity to restore your faith in us.
Disappointed
The tech was nice but we can’t get the garage or patio camera working have another appointment on the 18th paying for services not being received . I feel like this review is a waste of time nothing every happens from them

Every experience that I’ve had with DFW…
Every experience that I’ve had with DFW whether on the phone or in person has been a great experience. They came out recently and fixed the problem with my window sensor and while out they checked my cameras to ensure that they were working and other sensors. Highly recommended.
