There was a great choice of spices
There was a great choice of spices. Initially I had problems finding a few of the ones I needed, but the "helper" came to my aid with the required links. When It was discovered that one product was unavailable, I received a phone call and offered the choice of an appropriate replacement. It was easy to secure a suitable delivery date, and I was kept regularly informed of delivery time. The package arrived on time with every item present and intact. My thanks and best regards to all who handled my order.

I have been ordering from Desicart since the last couple of months and I am really happy with their service. They have a wide range of products to offer at reasonable prices. I must say they give special importance to packaging especially the perishable/frozen ones.

I chat with a staff to ask if banana stem from their website was fresh and the staff replied that it was. And the staff said nearest delivery date will be 29th March . When I mentioned that I needed to get it on 29th in order to make Myanmar dish Monhinga for my Birthday , the staff said he would try to organise the delivery staff to deliver it on 28th March . That went beyond my expectations and I really appreciated much . And I added Gongura leaves ( roselle leaves ) to my order and all came on 28th fresh . It really made my day special. Now I know where to order my banana stem and my roselle leaves. Thank you so so much indeed.
