it was not possible to enter my home address in English which prevented me from completing the checkout process smoothly. I was blocked multiple times and had to retry repeatedly until I finally accepted a suggested address displayed in Greek. However, I am not confident that the address has been recorded correctly or that the delivery will reach my home without issues.
A few years ago, I placed an order using my address in Greek, but the Greek characters could not be processed properly, which resulted in delivery problems. I sincerely hope I will not encounter the same issue again.

You don't realise until you have ordered that the print is not in the UK. Tracking was a complete waste of time. EVRI was used in the UK to post but print never arrived but was delivered to the wrong address. Between EVRI and Desenio you do not talk to a human and so nothing is resolved. No print and no refund. I would definitely not use again use Posterlounge better service,

I love thw variety of posters, although I wanted thw option to chose from my favourites to make the gallery wall

Πολύ ωραίο site. Θα ήθελα να πω ότι με δυσκόλεψε το σημείο που γράφουμε τη διεύθυνση αποστολής καθώς δεν με άφηνε να βάλω τη διεύθυνσή μου από τη στιγμή που δεν ήταν στη λίστα. Υπάρχουν κάποιοι δρόμοι που δεν είναι ξεκάθαρη η διεύθυνση.

We were trying to order for almost 2 hours, it wasnt clear at all that some of the products were not in stock anymore when we were at the checkout , and we couldnt understand what was wrong. after many tries, we finally figured it out.

I had the best experience ever with customer support. Just as I was sending my question, I started receiving a helpful answer—almost instantly. It felt like an AI feature was assisting in real time, and it worked perfectly. Incredibly efficient and responsive service!

Didn't received my credit card.

I was keep trying to make an order for 4 days now. I had my 2 products in the shopping cart and when i put my credit card details the order does not complet and makes a signal of "FRAUD".
I send en email to the desenio support but with no lack.
Finally today the order completed and the final order's price become 20euro moreexpensive.
