10/10. Totally recommend. I accidentally chemically burned my face and since I’m African American I was left with really bad dark spots. Was desperate when I signed up for the free trial. They prescribed me a formula they that did wonders. It only took a month and my scars are completely gone. I will be going to them for now on for all my skin care needs.

They make a good product and do a good…

They make a good product and do a good job of following up. They are responsive to emails.

I only wish the service offered one additional feature: An email announcement saying that a new refill is about to ship and an opportunity to delay if it's not currently needed. Without this one ends up with a lot of extra product.

Love this brand

Love this brand. I started breaking out for no reason and dermatica was able to give me a formula that helped control my acne. They also review my prescription every couple of months to make sure the ever changing needs of my skin is being met. The team is also very kind, helpful and detailed. My skin isn’t where I want to be yet but it has greatly improved. I cannot wait to see what my skin would look like a year from now.

Great product and amazing customer…

Great product and amazing customer service. The tretinoin is the first product I’ve tried that genuinely improves my texture and doesn’t damage my skin barrier. Also their customer service is fantastic. If a product doesn’t work for you they will help you find one that does as quickly as possible

I have been using the cream daily

I have been using the cream daily. I have peeled but my dark spots are still there and a little lighter but are still very obvious. I think I need a different formula. I can’t seem to figure out how to send a picture. I think I need more of a bleaching formula.

Rosacea- excellent results almost immediately

Rosacea: I’m so ecstatic that I found this company. After years of suffering with Rosacea and trying so many creams, laser, diets I was told to try Ivermectin. The leading brand Soolantra is over $500 without insurance! I noticed a difference the very first morning after applying this cream. My skin is completely new in texture. I no longer need to exfoliate and my make up doesn’t sit in flakes where my skin was dry anymore. My skin has completely calmed and everyone has noticed and complimented me. It’s been about 2 months now and I still have some redness but I’m just so relieved with the results so far! I went ahead and bought the 6 months supply. My only negative is I wish the bottle was a little bigger as I tend to run out just before my next shipment. I 100% believe the rosacea is caused by an overpopulation of Demodex mites on the skin and the ivermectin kills them. These mites end up eating your collagen which is why the rosacea gets worse as you age. Also super happy they don’t add parabens. I recommend highly!

Scam! No one to contact

No one to contact. Charged my card without previous notification. Give me my money back IMMEDIATELY! I have tons of your products for months to come. FRUND IT! REFUN IT! REFUND IT! YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM THEM IF YOU FILL OUT THE FORM

Not as good as advertised

Purchased for melasma as this is advertised as being the ideal product. Did not work in the slightest. Just irritated the skin and caused spots which I never had before.

No way to communicate

I specified when going through their process that I was currently using a formula with .14% tretinoin and wanted a formula that had that or a higher percentage. They came back with a formula that was less than half the dosage. There's no way to communicate with the consultants and they obviously don't bother to read anyway.

READ THE FINE PRINT! I AM LOCKED IN WITH PRODUCTS THEY ADMITTED ARE INEFFECTIVE FOR 6 MONTHS BECAUSE I PRE PAID - THEY SAID IT WON'T WORK BUT I CAN'T CANCEL!!!!!

Signed up and pre paid for 6 months as the consultant advised they could help with my rosacea.
At the next consultation I said I haven't seen any improvement and shared photos. This time the consultant came back and said that she could see that my skin required treatment by a dermatologist as there were broken skin vessels which would not be improvement by the products. OK I thought, I will just cancel and go see a dermatologist instead. NO!! She then went on to advise me that because I had chosen to prepay for 6 months, I was unable to cancel. So I am still receiving products which Dermatica themselves have admitted will not improve my skin. It is in the contract so read fine print if you dare to use this company.... I wouldn't bother ever again this has not improved my skin and cost a small fortune. Bitter every time I receive a product that does not work in the post until my pre paid subscription runs out. This is a scammy company with bad customer service, I should have known because they have so many people pushing this company all over YouTube.

Poor service

I ordered the tretinoin cream in March and they require you to set up a subscription to get the introductory offer. I work remotely and travel so I can't always predict what address I'll be at. They fill and ship orders without sending en email reminder a few days before to allow you to make changes before charging and shipping product. In today's day and age many people are digital nomads and a common strategy for many companies is to set up a subscription. It's a simple email automation to send an email out a few days before to remind customers and allow them to make a change before it happens. When I contacted the them immediately after receiving the email that my order was filled and shipped, they refused to refund the product saying I didn't manage my subscription. My point is that it's hard to remember subscriptions when so many companies these days require you to set them up. The other companies I use with subscriptions send me email reminders to give me a chance to change the date, address or extend the time if I still have product. With so many choices out there like Musely, Curology, Apostrophe etc I won't order from them again since they refused to refund and don't seem to understand that things change / come up over the course of months and a simple email automation reminder could avoid this. I would recommend any of the other skincare companies I mentioned as I have used their creams and they are just as good. Tretinoin cream is not a unique thing and when a company refuses to help you when they don't send out reminders there's no reason to stay. The also use usps first class mail and their cream takes longer than everyone else's to arrive.

Ingredients list not known

The principle of the idea is great and simple enough to address skin concerns. I ended up not ordering as I got to the stage of payment without knowing what the composition of the formula I was getting was and therefore not good enough for me. Will never put anything in my face without knowing the ingredients list. Wish there was more clarity before purchasing.
