Just had a tooth removed by Taylor, I'm a nervous patient but he talked me through everything he was going to be doing. Put me totally at ease and I can't thank him enough. Very professional, I'd have no qualms about going through it all again! Thank you Taylor.

After moving back to Scotland 3 years ago I found myself having to travel back to England to continue my dental treatment. This situation proved difficult and it was suggested that I obtain a dentist within my local area to continue my present treatment. After some research I attended Smile Dental Studio in Kilmarnock and was advised to speak to Dr Shafiq. At my first appointment with Dr Shafiq I was instantly put at ease as he was very cheery and welcoming. During my initial consultation, Dr Shafiq discussed different forms of treatment that were open to me and explained all the forms of treatment with knowledge and an understanding of my past treatments. After much discussion and taking into account of my wishes, a plan of treatment was agreed. This treatment plan was executed with efficiency and professionalism. Dr Shafiq kept me informed of every step within this treatment plan which was very important to me.
I have found my experience of Smile Dental Studio and it’s staff to be excellent and would recommend it to anyone who required dental treatment.
I also wish to give a special thanks to Dr Shafiq and the assisting dental nurses for making a very nerve racking experience so positive.

My 1st dental implant consultation with Dr Sheraz was excellent. I was quite nervous about even considering implants. Dr Sheraz was extremely meticulous, he took his time. Gave me detailed analysis and provided me with all of my options. People think implants is a straight forward thing but it's not, nerves, jaw bone stregth, all to consider as well as many other variables so there is a lot of details to think about. Dr Sheraz went through everything in great detail  step by step which made me very comfortable and confident about going ahead with the procedure and having him do my implants for me. He had a detailed look at all of my teeth before and after the 3D CT scan. Dr Sheraz took his time which gave me great deal of confidence. I have a few broken crowns and need a few teeth extracted and he went through everything step by step and has provided me with a detailed plan of action. I wanted to get this work done by someone who is not only excellent at implants but has good supporting team and other specialist dentist at the Dental Studio Practice in case of any complications during my procedure.  I would highly recommend Dr Sheraz if you need any implants done. I will update further after I have had my four implants.  His supporting staff receptionist and everyone at the surgery were extremely friendly and professional. Just to add I travelled all the way from the other side of Glasgow and well worth the trip. No hassle in parking or finding the place. Easy access in and out of Kilmarnock. I was even considering going abroad to get this done but after my consultation with Dr Sheraz I would rather get him to do the work. At least I am confident it will get done properly and he has looked at all the different issues with my particular complex case and I don't think some of the dentist abroad would not even consider things like the implant hitting a nerve, jaw bone strength, grafting a new jaw bone, will the implants sit right with the other teeth, food trap, etc.

Had a follow up appointment for my daughter. The dentist, Anna and the other staff members, Silvia, Alex and Adele do an amazing job. From their prompt responses to queries to sorting out issues is of a very high standard. They are so kind and compassionate. They provide a person cantered care, providing that support for patient to become equal partners in decision making processes. Anna is amazing, she is gentle and provides information in a format that you will understand it. I do appreciate all they do and would want them all to be recognised.

Recently joined the brand new dental practice at Irvine dental studio.
The practice looks absolutely fantastic couldn’t of had a better experience. Joy my dentist was Fantastic. Oh and the chandelier in the waiting room is amazing!!
