just the best dental practice. receptionist very welcoming. Dentist and dental staff amazing. i was put at ease from entering the practice and my procedure was just excellent and pain free.

I could not recommend this practice more! I have had lots of treatment in the past and here was by far the best! The level of genuine care from all staff is exceptional! From friendly receptionists to supportive dental nurses! I have had some fillings done with Dr Taylor and all I can say is wow! She is so gentle and calming and an absolute perfectionist! Furthermore after my fillings I was able to start my cosmetic braces journey and now I have had my teeth aligned with Dr Ben Trill! I am so happy with my results and new smile! Thank you again towngate team

I used to be scared of the dentist but the lovely people here have made me so comfortable I actually enjoy coming now! Following months of treatment, I was told I just needed a 6 month check up and I was shocked they wouldn't be a regular part of my life!
All the staff are extra amazing and have treated me so well since I started coming!
Wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

I have been coming to Towngate for almost a year now. Every member of staff I have encountered have been absolutely great. I have had root canal treatment a routine check and seen the dental hygienist. The advice I have received has been great and I have decided to come to them regularly from now on.

Excellent experience from beginning to the end . I had a complicated root canal which was causing significant discomfort . The contact initially with my dentist Dr Ben, then Dr Taylor and finally Dr Will was faultless and handled so efficiently and without stress. I had 2 appointments with Dr Will who completed my root canal and both were calm, painless and relaxed sessions with everything explained and options given from the start. All the nurses and reception staff are so friendly and helpful they put you completely at ease. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Towngate for all your dental needs, they all care and the quality of treatment is excellent.

I had an appointment today at Towngate dentist. The new reception is very nice and welcoming, the receptionists as always were friendly and efficient. My Hygienists appointment with Mandy was very professional, explaining all aspects and listening to my questions. A good experience all round.

I visited towngate dentist today. I was greeted by very friendly and pleasant receptionists. I had my treatment done by my dentist Will who talked me through what he was going to do and put me at ease.

Always very friendly happy to help and nothing is ever to much trouble for them

I have just finished a complete restoration of my teeth done by Professor Roudsari. What a lovely gentleman the Professor is. The work he has done on my teeth is superb, to say I am pleased is an understatement. All the staff I have come into contact with, are friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. I have had excellent care and attention and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Amazing dentist, from the reception staff to the dental staff they make you feel welcome and at ease... As a very nervous new patient I was made to feel reassured from the minute I walked through the door to leaving, everything is clear and you are completely in control of your plan. They offer finance plans and work around you to cater for your exact needs.

After not visiting a dentist for over 15 years, I was understandably apprehensive about returning. However, from the moment I spoke with Hannah B and Ben, my worries instantly vanished.
The entire process was incredibly smooth, and all the staff were so friendly. They took the time to discuss my options with me in an honest yet approachable way, recommending the best paths and people to ensure I received the highest quality care – something I truly value with a private service.
I left my appointment feeling so much better about going to the dentist and no longer have that old fear! Helen then helped me with the next steps, and she was equally friendly, explaining everything clearly and outlining the various options available to me.
Overall, I am extremely glad that I chose to register with this dental practice over others. The entire team is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. Most importantly, I never felt pressured to spend more money on services I didn't need/want; everything was at my own pace for services that I enquired about and even with those, I felt like I was able to get them done when I wanted to and not when it suited the practice.
This was unlike any dental visit I've experienced before.

Root canal usually brings up images of pain , but not at Town gate Dental. Professional and friendly staff 10/10

When I moved to leyland 4 years ago I switched dentist here, and I have to say the service is brilliant. My dentist Will really knows his stuff. He has helped me with a small plaque build up on the back of my incisors, a composite tip on a canine that had worn down and he had some teeth whitening trays made for me which fit perfectly and had really fast results. I would highly recommend

I would gladly recommend Towngate dentist, the reception ladies are so lovely and helpful and Will who i was referred to did a reroot canal and was so professional, kind and reassuring that I looked forward to coming back for my review today.

Alisha and Will are such a good team and made me feel safe and comfortable.

My son went to the dentist for his first ever appointment and from start to finish the experience was made to be as lovely as possible for him. The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming and took time to make conversation with him and gave him a sticker. My son saw Ben who was so lovely with him and really talked us through important things to do with his teeth and took the time to make sure my son felt completely settled before examination. It was a lovely experience throughout. I already use the dentist myself and know how amazing they are but I am so glad that my son felt comfortable and had a great first dental experience

Today I had my first appointment at this dentist practice. I have seen many dentists over 60+ years but today has been outstanding. The care, help and consideration of all the staff I met before I went into see the dentist was really good.
The dentist Ioannis was thorough in the examination and careful to explain everything. He patiently answered all my questions.
Marie the lovely dental nurse and Ioannis were even kind enough to laugh at my jokes (I have a terrible sense of humour).
I am almost looking forward to my next visit to the dentist.

I was referred to towngate dental practice by my dentist as I needed some tricky root canal treatment. The treatment was carried out by Will assisted by Bethany. I initially had a consultation with Will, who calmly explained what would happen and how long the procedure would take. I explained how I had a fear of dentists and in particular needles. Will quickly carried out the injections on my first appointment and regularly checked in that I was okay throughout (which I was). Unfortunately due to a severe curve in one of the roots a second appointment was needed due. Again Will quickly got the injections done (he uses numbing gel so it’s really nothing to worry about). This time he was able to complete the procedure. Will, Bethany and all the staff on reception are lovely and friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you to all of you.

Kate and Rachael were great! Kate’s explanation of best practice was so helpful and she made the whole experience enjoyable… not something often said about a hygiene appointment!
