My dental negligence claim was dealt with in a very professional matter. I was kept informed and advised all the way through the proceedings to its successful conclusion. I had my doubts about persuing the claim at first but I'm very glad I did. I can say it was stress free. Would highly recommend.

Dental Negligence claim
I approached Royds Withy King following frightenening problems which hospitalised me, and turned out to be because of dental negligence. They approached the matter by providing me with the services of dental experts who assessed my case, and provided evidence which ultimately was presented to my dentist's insurers.
In due course, they conceded the claim and I received damages which allowed me to have the dental problems treated.
I found them to be very competent and the service was excellent, particularly from Samantha Swaby, who kept me fully informed every step of the way.

Excellent Dental Negligence Lawyer
I have used Samantha Swaby at Royds Withy King to fight a dental negligence claim on my behalf. She was always professional, always prompt in reply to emails. Samantha provides a fiduciary level of service to her clients and is excellent. I have received what I consider to be a full amount in settlement of my claim and when I first contacted her I was unsure whether I even had a claim. I would highly recommend this lawyer for dental negligence claims. I live at the other end of the country to this firm and we have done it all by email.
