Initially we were put in touch with RWK via the AVMA. This type of situation in life can be somewhat daunting on 1st approach. Particularly when this is not in your own field of expertise. After a very poor experience with a dentist I felt I had to complain and seek damages for the pain and suffering caused. Initially I carried out a lot of the communication work to get an offer from the dentists insurer. However I remained convinced my claim was worth more.
