Really good team from start to finish, everything was explained to me on the financial transactions and all the features of the car, It was handed over by one of the salesmen who took the time to explain how all the controls and the infotainment system worked, he also told me to ring if there were any gaps in the info he had given or I had forgotten anything.
This is a very good company to buy from they clearly care about their customers and the cars they sell.

Great service and support throughout the whole process from ordering to delivery and collection. Including maintaining the surprise of a new personalised registration number which had been secretly organised by my wife.
Paul took time going through the handover process to ensure I was comfortable with the updated systems in the car - and what a car my new Elroq VRs is!!

Completely unhelpful - the service manager refused to give me service history on a car that I am about to buy. All I asked was if they'd serviced it on certain years and wanted to know if it had any major issues. They refused on data protection grounds.
They are actually allowed to give the information I asked for - I wasn't asking for any personal info on the original owner.

Fails to respond to complaints. Simply doesn't have the common courtesy to respond. Complaint to be escalated to FOS and reported to the FCA.
My GAP insurance policy was mis-sold, and I'm advised that this is widespread.
Horton has attempted to avoid liability by ignoring my legal representative.
The complaint was submitted via email on 14.04.25, with follow up chase emails being sent to the very email address the firm is now requesting the complaint be sent to, further evidencing its complete disregard and attempted avoidance of the complaint. I have seen the emails that have been sent, and the fact the firm is suggesting they haven't received the emailed complaint is indicative of their approach to customer concerns.
The firm has the audacity to suggest they do not respond to complaints made by legal representatives on behalf of customers, which is a clear breach of its obligations. Indeed, the complaint rules set by the FCA clearly states that a complaint can be brought by a representative of a consumer, and that the firm must engage and respond to the representative. It is indicative of Horton's approach that it doesn't even know the rules it must follow.
I'm aware that my representative has now also submitted a separate conduct complaint to the FCA.

Used to purchase an armrest for my new seat ibiza 40th anniversary. It arrived brand new as expected, fitted myself within minutes.
Car deemed unsafe to drive less than a month after purchase. Thankfully covered by warranty. No response to emails.
Dreadful service, told twice car would be ready and an hour after the second given time car still not ready! No one could help because apparently they were ‘working’ on the car still
I recently had my car serviced here, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The team were professional, friendly, and efficient throughout with the Service Manager going above and beyond.
They kept me informed throughout the entire process and ensured my car was in top condition when I collected it. The service was completed on time, and the price was very reasonable for such a big job.
I highly recommend their service department to anyone looking for reliable and top-notch car care. Great job!

As a compulsive car buyer (I know, it's an affliction), I've purchased many vehicles. This dealer is possibly the worst I've ever dealt with. Get the money first, tell the customer what they want to hear and then, fail to deliver. If the car has a fault, own up to it - honesty goes a long way - even if it's bad news.
Booked my car in for a service and was ripped off!. On the day they completed two items of additional work that was not authorised by me the car owner. When I queried it they refuted the facts, have refused to send me SEAT complaint procedure and then hung on me. Buyer beware!
I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received from Greg Stott at Horton Seat Lincoln during the purchase of my Ford S-Max. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my experience.
Unfortunately, there were issues on the original collection date of the vehicle due to an oil leak that was found upon servicing the car. However, Greg wasted no time in addressing the issue and arranged for a courtesy car to be provided to me while the necessary repairs were made.
Not only did Greg ensure that the car was promptly serviced and had its MOT completed, but he also made sure my dash cam was removed from my old vehicle to the new one. Throughout the entire process, he maintained clear and open communication, keeping me informed every step of the way.
Overall, Greg's professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a seamless and stress-free car buying experience. Thank you, Greg, for your outstanding service!
Did not commit into the purchase of a £20,000 vehicle Hortons had for sale as they appeared reluctant in me having an AA Inspection carried out.
What Garage would want £500 deposit, agree for an AA Inspection but state they would still sell the car if another Party was interested after I would of paid out £202 for the AA Inspection ( non refundable )
Also not too keen with regards delivering the Vehicle any further than the free 25 mile distance.
Absolutely Amazing the service I received from start to finish. Leigh was amazing with the sale of my seat Arona he went above and beyond then the handover of the car with Ben was equally as good . Both couldn’t do enough for me . Also love the car .
