The thing I like about Delta Auto Protect is the fact that I get to take my vehicle to a mechanic of my choice that I know is ASE certified and knows my vehicle. Customer service representative were also very helpful and courteous and made my policy make sense so I know that it fits my needs. I would definitely recommend them.

My car has been in the shop for 5 days now just waiting on an approval. I wait on hold just to be disconnected multiple times. I won't give up! I was told after finally talking to someone in the know that a couple hours I would have my answer but that was more than 24 hours ago. Called again this afternoon to again be disconnected. I am threatening them with legal action now. It's about the principal and how they are treating people. I don't know who these other people are doing the "good" reviews but I advise you to look at the Yelp ones, mostly 1 stars..UPDATE…I called again this afternoon 8-28-18. I finally got an answer that they would be covering my air conditioner compressor and labor. They would not cover the full amount that my dealer is asking for the compressor and was told they would ship one for much less in lieu of. Low and behold they changed their mind and couldn't send the lessor cost compressor and would only pay about 60% of the dealers. Beware...they do not pay for Freon or diagnostics. I was asked to update this by the guy who called me back so here it is. I am going from 1 star to 2 and will go up to 3 when they pay my repair shop.

I purchased an extended service contract from them in anticipation of purchasing a vehicle. I was assured that if i bought this contract in advance of purchasing the vehicle that there would be ZERO hassle to receive a full refund if the sale of the vehicle did not go through.

WELL GUESS WHAT....I did not purchase the vehicle and all I get now from Delta is the runaround!! I have literally called them 4 times and have been promised a call back. NOT ONCE have they called me back.

The only time I spoke with someone he repeatedly offered me to transfer the contract to another vehicle of mine. I refused this offer a minimum of 5 times but he would not take no for an answer. Once I told him that I had no time for the games, he promised me that I would receive the proper form via e-mail to apply for my refund. I have never received this.

As far as I am concerned this Company is a Sham and are incredibly Unethical in their business practices. REFUND ME NOW for a product that I never received as per your published policies!!!! 30 Day money back guarantee, YEAH RIGHT!!

This is the worst warranty company I have ever experienced and may be the worst company I have ever experienced period. When you have a claim they do not even bother denying it or reducing the charge, they just don't return any calls, emails or faxes. You make a claim, they say they are reviewing it and then they stop responding. I have tried to contact them numerous times by phone, email and fax and they just do not respond. DO NOT DO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Delta Auto Protection has helped me in many ways, one especially when my radiator went out in my car. I thought I would've had no transportation for a few days, while it was in the shop, but I was able to get a rental car covered under my extended warranty. They also let me choose my own location where I wanted my car to be repaired. I loved the idea of that because I was able to check on the status of my car without having to drive miles to do so. I have had Delta Auto Protect for over 3 years now and I have been impressed they never disappoint me.

Thanks to Delta Auto Protect I was not stranded on the highway. My car caught a flat on the highway and I had to immediately pull over but I was to far from next exit, so I had to pull over on the shoulder. I called Delta and Elizabeth arranged for a tow. When we got to the shop, my tire was replaced. I also got a new spare since I did not have one. Thanks Delta.

My car ran out of gas on my way to Las Vegas last weekend. It was around 1am and I was still about 30 minutes out from the City. I thought I had a gas can in my trunk and I went to go check and locked my keys in my car. So I called Delta Auto protect and they sent out emergency roadside assistance. When they arrived they brought gas and was able to retrieve my keys from inside the car. They were very helpful and made me feel safe and even drove behind me as I made my way into city limits.

My car was acting up one day and decided to leave me on the side of the road. Luckily I’m always one step ahead. Delta Auto Protect arranged a tow to get my car as well as a rental to pick me up. I was so glad that I had the rental while my car was in the shop. When I finally checked out, I was only responsible for the low deductible. Great experience and service overall. Barbara at Delta was so helpful and so nice. I am definitely renewing my policy!

Delta Auto Protect has the best customer service. Andy in customer service helped me to get my car towed when the motor burned up and he got me a rental car as well. My car was in the shop for over a week, but it was ok. I had the rental car, so life went on, and I only had to pay the deductible when checking out. I always get an extended warranty when buying a used car and this one is great

I wasn’t sure if purchasing an extended auto warranty was really necessary and thought it would be a waste of money, but instead I saved money with Delta Auto Protect. I was on the road when my engine kept overheating unexpectedly, and I didn’t know how to fix it. I called Delta and was reassured by the very nice employee on the phone that they would do their best. They arranged for a rental service to pick me up as well as a tow for my car. I didn’t have to wait long while my car was in the shop. Within a few days, I was able to pick up my car, pay my deductible, and continue on my trip.

I had a great experience with Delta Auto Protect when my truck had a problem during my 5 hours trip to Wisconsin. It would not start back up after a pit stop at the gas station and a jump did not do the trick. I called Delta and they arranged for a tow to a nearby garage. We were offered a rental, but just waited because we were traveling. The alternator had gone out, so they replaced it. We hung out at a restaurant a few doors down and they called us when it was ready. We were a few hours behind on our trip, but Delta found us a great mechanic. Thanks Delta.

Horrible company, STAY AWAY!
They are quick to take your money, deny your claim and impossible to speak with anyone. They use bait and switch tactics and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I purchased the extended warranty from Delta Auto Protect because I have to travel/drive a lot for work. This trip I experienced a problem. My car started acting funny and then had no power and stalled. The car would not start again. I felt stranded in the middle of the night. They helped me get my car towed and found a technician to make needed repairs. They also got me a rental car for the days that my car was in the shop. The representative on the phone was very pleasant and made me feel at ease. I only had to pay my low deductible. This warranty is definitely worth it. I was very pleased with the friendly customer service and fast response in the middle of the night.

I always buy the extended warranty when I get a car. This one is through Delta Auto Protect and they are great. Once, I locked my keys in the car and I called for help. They arranged for a locksmith to come open my car. Recently, my car would not start at all. They sent a tow service. The battery was fine, so they towed it to a local garage for service. She arranged for a rental car to use while my car was being repaired. A few days later I paid my deductible and was back in my car. The premium is low and more than has paid for itself. I would recommend Delta if you need an extended warranty.

Finally used my extended warranty after having it for several months. The suspension was loose on my Volvo. I was literally feeling every bump on the street as I was driving. This is definitely not OK on a NYC street. The potholes are ridiculous. I was happy to have my warranty to help me offset the cost of getting my suspension fixed. I paid a small price for a pretty expensive service. And the process of using the warranty was pretty easy too. My car is driving smoothly now. Very happy to be a Delta Auto customer.

My car was not cranking up and I had to be at work at 9am. I called at 5pm the day before. They took my information and assured me that my vehicle warranty was still valid. I explained to them that I could not get the car to crank. The next morning, they sent a tow truck to pick up my car. No fee was charged. A representative picked me up and took me To the rental company to pick my rental car up. It was also paid for through my warranty. Once my car was finished, I was able to pick it up and just pay my deductible. They were fine with no problems. I appreciate the company for being there.
