Delta Auto Protect's extended warranty is a much needed service at a very appreciated price. Knowing I'm covered if I need a tow or a major engine repair is a great feeling to have. Furthermore knowing my out of state college son won't be stranded in such a situation has been a huge relief to me and his mother. I have only used them once so far. My car would not start, so they sent someone out. Luckily, a jump did the trick, so I followed him back to the shop and got a new battery. I recommend Delta.

If you own a repair shop beware. Twice I had to file complaints with the proper government agencies to get payment. They paid then, but lied about what happened stating we never sent paperwork or called. Like people will take time to file a complaint instead of calling them to ask for payment. One of their managers made sarcastic comments when I said how long was I waiting for payment.
