Defender Pest Control Bewertungen

Don’t hesitate to call Defender! Tom and his team resolved the rat problem fully and were professional, timely and kept us informed all the way through. We had previously worked with a well know pest company who had consistently failed to resolve the issue. Tom took time to work out what it was and resolved. I don’t usually leave reviews but you’re in good hands. 👍👍👍👍👍

We appreciated Tom’s educated assessment of our pest problem. He made it clear what he was doing at each stage. Very impressed.

Couldn’t have asked for anyone better to have helped us through this tough time!
Can’t thank Tom enough, he’s gone out of his way to ensure the best for us. Honestly highly recommend, thank you so much for everything!

We contacted Defender Pest Control when squirrels invaded our loft.
We could not have received a better service. When all the squirrels were removed, Defender also blocked the gaps in the roof to stop the problem from recurring. The cost was very reasonable and we were also very impressed with Tom’s professional and caring attitude. All appointments made were confirmed there and then, all the visits made on schedule, but most importantly we had the reassurance that Defender’s help would be available until the problem was fully solved.
Tom, Tom and Andy, thanks again, we can’t fault your service and we will not hesitate to strongly recommend you to anyone.

Extremely clean, effective and friendly service

Tom at Defender was prompt in his response, fast in providing a solution to our problem, friendly, efficient and returned 3 times to check all sorted. Cant fault nor praise him enough. We will use them again...

Excellent service by Tom, who was knowledgeable professional from very first visit. After more than 12 months of unexplainable noises in extension roof, and despite 2 other companies investigating, on his first visit possible explanation given and acted upon. Finally result and disturbing upsetting problem now solved.

I had a concern about what I thought was an issue within my home and decided to call Tom in for his advice. He was very professional, on time and offered me some invaluable advice. To put my mind at ease he put insect traps around my home and I was relieved that after a week they were all empty. I would have no problem recommending Tom to friends and family.

Fantastic service! Clean, tidy and punctual and very friendly! I would really recommend them to anyone who needs help with pest control! They sorted out my pigeon problem on my solar panels

Tom made a special effort to attend to the situation immediately and was effective efficient polite and respectful. I really appreciated his expertise and dedication. I would definitely recommend this excellent service

Just want to say a big thank you to Tom who was very professional and very polite 👍, on the three visits we had Tom would kept us informed of the findings I would fully recommend defender pest control a 5* star service👍.

Rang Tom a couple of weeks ago and he has been great, we had a rat problem in the kitchen and he setup the bait in the kitchen and areas of the garden, he showed me where they was getting in and how to go about resolving the problem, very professional and would highly recommend, he turns up when he says he is going to and keeps you informed, very happy 😊

Had a pest problem which was solved but came back. Defender came back ensure the property was sealed and addressed the issue again. Great experience cant see other companies doing the same its good to see

Tom was efficient and came to deal with our pest control quickly. Detailed report and very pleasant. Will use again.

Absolutely would recommend, went above and beyond all expectations, even did an extra visit to be sure at no extra charge, completed the job, were respectful, friendly and so easy to deal with, I would not hesitate to use again if needed.

We used Tom to protect our solar panels to stop pigeons from nesting underneath them. Tom was really quick to respond to our enquiry, kept us well informed and arrived on time. Both he and his colleague were really friendly and professional and did an excellent job, leaving our garden and patio spotless after they'd finished. I'd highly recommend them to others.

A fantastic service provided by Tom who completed a pest prevention survey and associated future proofing works consisting of installing covers to air bricks, filling gaps in mansonary mortar and other pest related tasks. A realiable and professional service was provided. I would highly recommend.

After a major rat problem outside of my property and some of them coming inside we couldn’t recommend or thank Tom enough. He was efficient, clean, friendly and professional and managed to get rid of the problem over a few appointments for the original price quote.

Can't thank Tom enough for all his help and work undertaken at my house. After moving to a house with a new extension I was hearing scratching noices and called defender for help. He thoroughly assessed the inside and outside of my property, found areas which needed treating, covered any openings, and used bait to solve internal issues. He came back on many occasions to ensure the problems were resolved, and always went out of his way to solve the problems I was having. He was polite, reliable and conscientious, which is rare to find now. Great service and reasonably priced. Thoroughly recommend, thanks.

Tom was fantastic. He was very professional and sorted our issue out straight away . From the start we completely trusted him and knew he would eradicate our problem . We are so grateful and would 100% recommend him . Thankyou
