Excellent service from the team when we needed a bumblebee nest removing from the garden. Quick response to query, next day appt given, excellent communication at every stage and the best price we had been quoted. Removed the bees to relocate to a rural location. Thoroughly recommend Defender Pest Control.

Excellent service from start to finish.Punctual, polite staff who were knowledgeable and professional.

We have used Tom and his team for two separate issues. Tom is professional and extremely thorough. Great communication and pays attention to detail. Super knowledgeable and resolved with little fuss. Can not rate him high enough!

Appointment was set up quickly for two days time. When Tom arrived he was friendly and professional! Talked us through the service and got straight to work. He was thorough in his process and very informative! Would happily use again for any other pest control issues.

Great communication, prompt response and friendly, professional staff.

Outstanding service! My mum had an ant problem, and they were able to fit us in on short notice. The team was prompt, professional, and very informative throughout the process. I originally chose them based on their great reviews, and they absolutely lived up to the reputation. I would highly recommend them!

I had this company out to get rid of rats. I had another company previously come and quote thousands to pull up flooring and remove lagging as I had a colony of rats on my loft.
My son decided we should get a quote off Tom. What an amazing man. He told me there was signs up there but definitely not a colony. Within 2 weeks problem solved with no need to remove flooring and for a small fraction of the price quoted before. This business is honest, reliable and efficient. To add to this Tom is a friendly pleasant man. I have no hesitation in recommending him a

Thank you Neil and Defender Pest Control for figuring out the recurring rodent mystery and for managing to put an end to it after several visits. Neil went above and beyond! I highly recommend this service!

What a superb service from Tom and his colleague! The quote was spot on and they turned up on time and fitted our new anti-seagull nest roof spikes as well as cleaned our gutters. All done in time as well as with a friendly smile and follow up if needed! I fully recommend this company! A+

A good, reliable all round service. Even the online form worked.

I dealt with Tom who is an excellent communicator. He did what he said he would do, and, what's more, he did it when he said he would.

I would not hesitate to use them again. All in all they provided a thoroughly professional service.

This is the second time I have used this company. Tom is totally professional and very polite. He sent a text before arriving and had fully explained what was required to treat our bug issue in the loft space. Tom and his colleague arrived on time and placed protection on their feet and covered the carpet and up the stairs. No mess at all was left and he thoroughly cleaned up after himself. We are very pleased with his work and would not hesitate to call him again if required. I highly recommend his services. He is a very likeable man and I felt totally at ease with him in my property.

We cannot praise Tom enough, he sorted out our problem and was polite, helpful and very professional. He kept us informed , was on time and is a thoroughly nice person. We would recommend this company to anyone.

Called for a quote, Tom turned up the same day and the work was agreed. On the day of the job they turned up early, job completed on time in full - no fuss ! The work to pigeon proof solar panels was completed in a very tidy manner, 100% happy with the work and the final outcome. A lovely follow up call the next day to ensure we were happy with the work was a very welcome bonus. We would certainly recommend them and would use them again for any pest problems . Thankyou Tom ! 100% happy , 😃

Can’t rate Tom highly enough!! First class service. He’s very professional and thorough….going the extra mile to sort my mouse issue out. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to control a pest problem. Thank you Tom

Responsive, thorough, courteous, professional service. Highly recommended Tom to deal with all pest related issues. Went above and beyond to resolve issues and prevent future problems. Pleasure to deal with, clear consistent advice and reporting of issues and resolutions. If you have any pest related issues, I doubt you will find a more responsive and professional service.

Our squirrel problem was quickly and efficiently dealt with, they were in the roof space ,and we were kept updated on the progress after each visit . Tom was very nice and professional. We were very happy with the service provided and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if we had a problem.

Tom is excellent! He quoted for and installed bird spikes to prevent us having unpaying lodgers (seagulls). They had destroyed our chimney and having spent a lot of cash having it rebuilt we had plastic spike installed. These failed so contacted Tom for marine grade stainless steel ones. Job done no mess no fuss and total professionalism.

We had one mouse in our house and had tried everything to get rid without success. Tom came & check everywhere and laid traps - he turned up when he said he would and was thorough in his work. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who has any type of pest problem.
(TOM - sorry this is so late I have been very ill)
