Decorexi- A World of Interiors Bewertungen

We had a problem with a mirror ordered from Decorexi and I contacted them for help. The response was immediate, friendly and helpful and the solution was entirely satisfactory.
As my daughter said "This is what good customer service looks like"

Looking for something unusual when it comes to lighting, clocks, prints, mirrors etc then this is the place to go.
Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful too (you don't get that online)
Highly recommend.

After being let down by another company, sent a message to decorexi to find out if clock was in stock, very quick reply, ordered on Wednesday received well packaged on Friday, so happy with clock, thank you Decorexi

Highly recommend Decorexi if you are searching for lovely interior additions to your home. We have bought so many fabulous lights, mirrors and lamps from Tricia and Lin over the years. The service is exemplary and very welcoming. If they don’t have exactly what you are looking for they have helped us find it.

Decorexi has become my go-to shop for all things decorative, whether I’m looking for vintage pieces or modern styles. Tricia, the owner, is fantastic—she provides honest, objective advice and ensures everything gets done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend visiting the shop or checking out their website. And if you don’t find exactly what you’re looking for online, don’t hesitate to give Tricia a call—she’s always ready to help.

Very helpful

I wholeheartedly recommend their outstanding products and exceptional customer service!

I’d been looking for a ‘Cocktails & Dreams’ neon sign for ages and saw one in their display a couple of weeks ago. I couldn’t resist so went back and bought it today. Very happy with the purchase!

Great help and beautiful stuff.

Beautiful shop full of choices. I was given very helpul advice regarding the mirror I wanted and I ended up buying other items as they have such a great choices.
I will definitely comeback for more things.

I bought the most incredible huge black skeleton clock from Decorexi about 7 years ago and it’s still going strong today! Their shop in Chiswick is just gorgeous - an emporium of eye catching interiors. If I ever win the lottery I’ll be buying the entire shop!

A great place to buy home accessories, especially mirrors, lamps and clocks. They have a physical store in Chiswick (on the High Road) and also take online orders. A small business worth supporting!
