This is my first use of Decorating Direct. One word, Excellent! Easy site to navigate, found exactly what I wanted, really good prices, Fast delivery of well packaged products. What more could you want? Will definitely use again. (should be six stars available for rating) Thank you!

I can't rate Decorating Direct highly enough with just 5 stars.
They stock many products that simply can't be purchased in local builders merchants. Their quality of products, price and service is brilliant and David emails immediately if he has any queries with the order or delivery.
I have placed several orders and always been amazed at how quickly the parcel has arrived and how well packed it has been.
They are very highly recommended.

I have used Decorating Direct on several occasions trusting their products to put the finishing touches to house renovations that I do for a living. In particular the lightweight coving is fantastic, so easy to install when using the polymer adhesive from Decorating Direct. The coving detail is so crisp, pre-primed so ready to decorate.
I recently put in another sizeable order for coving & adhesive, Decorating Direct didn't quite have enough coving in stock for my order but they put me in the picture straight away, sent what they had and arranged a refund for the shortfall. Being kept informed is appreciated.
They products are always packed so well so never any damage, a credit to the warehouse staff.
I will never look elsewhere.

they picked up my order Monday. 1st part delivered Tuesday, part 2 Wednesday. Excellent service. Would highly recommend. Excellent price too. My husband is a painter and decorator and his oral suppliers couldn't match or beat the price. Will have no hesitation using this company again.

We ordered coving from this company, their website advised all the glue and other tools you may need when ordering. Very fast delivery service, can't fault and would recommend.

I highly recommend this company. The product I wanted was in stock and at a very competitive price. It was sent out to me very quickly and was very well packaged.

The product I ordered was out of stock, so I agreed to wait. Had an email to say goods in Monday, arrived here Tuesday. Brilliant!!

The price is the most competitive for the product I wanted (brick protector). The site also included really useful tips on how to use it. The threshold for inclusive shipping is realistic. My only complaint is that the order arrived so quickly that it caught me unawares, but that's not really a bad thing.

The team at Decorating Direct just continue to perform time and time again. Order placed late morning on 25th August which was duly acknowledged. Items delivered just after noon on 26th.
