First I would like to thank everyone at Decorating Direct
I sat down watching my T V and thought (**) I haven’t ordered my paint + (Wednesday Night) and resigned
to getting my order next week. I received a email to say it’s on its way. first thing Friday morning a banging at the door a man with a box I called my wife the paints arrived. that means i will be busy this weekend my wife said what a wonderful service.

As a new customer I was a bit weary at first to make an order. Akot of sites nowadays scam people.

I made a small order.
Got my tools and matireals very quickly, under the days they said it would take.
An was extremely happy with the quality of the goods.

Safe to say I will be using DecoratingDirect more often now.

Very happy with the service and the aftercare too.

For anyone thinking about giving it a go, get stuck in. You won't regret it.

I placed my order with Decorating direct. I realised I'd made an error. The quick and efficient response was amazing. They were so helpful and understanding. The fact that it wasn't their error but mine. Yet they worked so hard to correct it. Which they did and made me feel a valued customer. Brilliant service and I highly recommend them.

Today I received the ceiling rose that I ordered last Sunday and they have sent me the wrong item. I am hoping to give a better star review on how they handle this, I have emailed and I will be phoning first thing Monday. I was very in pressed with the very fast response of this company. Customer service emailed first thing Monday morning apologising for the mistake and was sent the correct item and I received it on Tuesday. Definitely a 5 star service. I would definitely order from this company again.

Excellent service. I ordered tinted paint and it arrived in less than 24 hours! Very good price too compared with other sites.

I am absolutely delighted with the service received. The web-site is excellent and I quickly found exactly what I wanted at a time when most places have no stock. Delivery was exceptionally fast (less than 22 hours from order placement to delivery) and this was during the Covid pandemic.

I am not a professional but an enthusiastic amateur with a long list of past and planned projects. I found Decorating Direct quite by accident and made a mixed order for items, most of which were difficult to find elsewhere due to the Corvid lock down. The order was processed on the first working day after the bank holiday and delivered early afternoon the following day - great service!
