I received excellent advice from this company before completing my order. My order (coving) was received, well packaged and in perfect condition.

They have a great range of products at great prices. For example for lining paper they stock Erfurt MAV whereas Screwfix and Toolstation only stock Red Label. Brewers are much more expensive.

Their delivery is usually very quick.

If there is a problem, then in my experience even if it is not their fault they do their best to resolve it quickly and satisfactorily.

Decorating Direct had the paint I wanted (Zinsser) and I could have it tinted to the colour I wanted. I placed my order and followed this up with an email regarding my colour choice. I received a prompt reply (thanks David) to let me know that everything was in order.
In less than 24 hours my order was delivered – perfectly packaged (thanks Tony).

Also offer a range of great products, which are not all widely available, eg Grax-it for removing wax layers from pine furniture before painting, KIP Washie TEC masking tape, caulk saver strips used under skirting boards to prevent brick dust being sucked up & staining carpet edges. When I wanted to do some Faux woodwork painting I found it difficult to find the materials I wanted from the main DIY stores so purchased online from Decorating Direct. I was kept well informed on delivery status.
A pre-packaged graining rocker I received was faulty and I returned it Free Post to Decorating Direct and received a replacement by return of post.
I will certainly be buying from Decorating Direct again for decorating materials.

Ordered a large mitre box for coving. Appeared expensive but could not find anywhere else that supplied such an item. Arrived next day and really pleased with order. Well packaged and was sent an email advising order sent. Excellent product, not expensive after all, simply good value. Strong item that will last job after job and my only regret was that I had not purchased this sooner. Certainly recommend both product and supplier.

I placed a order 05/01/18 and after completing checkout realized i had made a mistake so contacted via email and later by phone (to make sure they had my email before processing my order) Spoke to David A who was really helpful and new who i was as he was in the process of emailing me to tell me he was rectifying my order . My parcel arrived on the 06/01/18 via FedEx well packaged an correct and even thou i messed up with my order and the price difference was 70p in there favour (which i wasn't bothered about) they threw a little extra in to make up the difference.So first class service and will definitely be using again.

Perfect! This is my 2nd order of decorating tools & equipment from Decoratingdirect & once again received great service! They even sent me a free 2" paint brush for leaving a review on Trustpilot! All the item's arrived early in perfect condition due to the excellent packaging! The paint skuttles are huge, very well made from strong, thick plastic material with great steel handles fitting across the length of the skuttles! The radiator roller tool's are perfect, with just the right amount of elasticity in the shank's & good sized handles. The box set's of 4" X 10 silver-luxe mini paint roller refills are great, just the right pile length (medium) for the job i intend to use them for! I brought all of the above for a great price too!
