Great service! Highly Recommend.

The order took a long time to come in. I only received one item and it was not what I ordered. I have been trying to find a way to cancel the rest of my order, which has not been received. Also trying to get info on how to return this item for a refund.order # is SF6043455110117

Customer service is great. Got a variety of styles with discounts to match. A great place to shop for yourself and for the holiday gifts.

I had ordered, and paid for, a nice blouse that I saw featured on their website.
When I received my order (3 weeks later), they sent me a solid color blouse and not the patterned one that I had ordered.
Not a satisfied customer.

Update: After telling me that I needed to return the wrong shirt to China, at my expense, I emailed a picture of the mailing label. It was sent to me from California. They emailed back that it HAD to be returned to China before I could receive a refund.
I responded that I would be posting a review regarding their sales practices.
The same day they responded to my review, I received a tracking number for my correct shirt.
While I do appreciate them sending my correct item, I do not agree with the steps I had to go through to get the correct item that I had ordered and paid for.
BTW...I like my new blouse.

The sleeves are sheer the rest of the shirt is not. That is definitely one of the things I liked about it. I love the color. I love the fabric. However the shirt is a little long ，and the way the shirt hangs off my chest and hips isn't very flattering for my midsection. On that note I'm sure the shirt looks great on many other figures.

This top is a gorgeous, deep blue green. It is soft and stretchy, very comfortable. But be aware—the sleeves are very long. They came down to my knuckles. It made me think, “This was made to fit an orangutan!” ( I am 5’7.). So, if you are tall with long arms it might fit perfectly. If not, expect to alter the sleeve length, a fairly easy fix, for an otherwise lovely top.

Dearonce/ Dearonces is the same company AND IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF, including myself!

Got all documentation to prove everything I've said.

Bought top & trainers online 26 June 2021. Debited NZD67.90 credit card dbt:
RH*dearonce.com creality3d GB 47.00USD Rate:1.417659 Txn Inc $1.27 International Transaction Fee.

Received parcel 12 August 21 but top too small and completely different to advert. Trainers too. They were plastic and inflexible!

Emailed Dearonce and received a quick reply saying return for a refund to this address for refund:

Followed up with Dearonce at least twice a month..no response! So did a bit of research and in December 21 I received this message:

The response was:
DNS Error: 744737 DNS type 'mx' lookup of dearonce.com responded with code NXDOMAIN Domain name not found: dearonce.com

After further research I established that they had changed their name and re-registered the company as Dearonces. So they just added an "S" to the domain name!

I have been following up regularly with messages and emails, but to no avail! So I have now given up! I can kick myself for throwing good money after bad, and have learned another lesson that cost me $$$$$!

Scam scam scam. Stay away!!!! 2 months and no clothes. They are scammers!!!

I’ve ordered things before and have never had a problem this is the first time I order something I get nothing not items or my money back according to the delivery service it’s not on their end the package was “lost” and they advised I contacted the vendor I’ve sent emails regarding my package and the response are not helpful at all research about this company and i found their Help info which is . i reach out the company Hi had a query regarding my refund customer service was very quick & efficient.
