I ordered a SMALL top from Dearonces and they sent me a LARGE top. I have written them many times to send the the top I ordered and paid for. They just keep telling me they will send me a discount to order another top. I don't want another top from this company, I just want what I ordered and paid for. I will NEVER order from this company again.

I would like my order or my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought this shirt because it would be lightweight long sleeves and white for yard work where ticks are a problem. This shirt is perfect for what I bought it for so even though I gave it low rating on flattering that wasn't what I bought it for I don't know how flattering it is or is not it is functional that's why I bought it and it is perfect for what I bought it for and a fantastic price I also bought a large when I normally where are medium because I wanted it loose.

Minus 5 stars! What I can't understand is why these scammers keep getting away it. You don't know until after the fact. Sold me 11 tops, all two sizes smaller than stated. The bracelet was not what I ordered. Will not exchange, just want to give me a gift card for 30% off on the next time. Do they really think there will be a next time. China crap should be illegal.

I wish I read reviews about this company before ordering. It took 2 weeks to get my order, after which I found out it came from China. 2 of the blouses do not look the same as the pictures on the website. The sandles are much smaller than I thought too, as I guess their sizing is different. I'm waiting for a response to return some items but hear from most people now, it's not easy & costs more to mail back, unlike Amazon who covers that cost. I'm sorry I ordered from this company online now. It should be false advertising when you don't get what you ordered. And why should I have to pay to mail it back for a return, like I'm hearing others say?

4-13-2023,I placed an order with this Company and when it came, one of the tops wasn't what I ordered. The one I ordered had a picture of a kitten by the kangroo pocket and the one I got didn't have a kitten on it and it had 2 pockets on either side. I wanted to return it but it would have cost me more for the return than the top I ordered. Dearonces said if I kept the top they sent they would give it to me at a discounted price and issue me a gift card, which I accepted and I then ordered the orginal top but in a different color. When I received the second order, They sent me the wrong one AGAIN. It was just lke the wrong one they sent in the first order. I contacted them twice about this but so far haven't heard back from them. I don't think I'll order from them again, I can't trust that what they show on line is what they will sent.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, and the material did not quite look like it did in the picture, plus they were a little too small. I contacted customer service via e-mail 3 times to ask how to do a return, but they did not respond. Finally, I filed a complaint through Paypal. The company didn't want me to send the items back, and did not give me information on the return address. They offered 30% off the order. Paypal intervened, and issued a full refund.

What made your experience great with it and now also looks good enough

Most comfortable top ever… I’m over weight… a bit… it has a slimming type of fabric without being “ clingy” or too form fitting. Washing/ drying is a bit more than just tossing in a load if you want to avoid wrinkles… but it’s worth a little more thought to shake and smooth it out before drying. I’m glad this review came up… because I forgot I wanted to pick it up in different colors. Oh and another plus of the comfort… it isn’t too think that you overheat but enough fiber that I’m not freezing. I’m 52 so I’m at the age where my internal temps are just as important as the room/outdoor temps.

Shirts I ordered took weeks to arrive. good service When they did they were very thin and cheap material. Sizes were not accurate Amazing customer service skills and very understanding and helpful Problems resolved quickly

Very cute lightweight blouse, I am between a medium and a large, and got a large, and it wasn’t too big at all. I wouldn’t say the color is a true light color as I was expecting. It’s more like a soft red color, but still pretty. I like the flowy fit. It is lined and the sleeves are feminine and flattering. It arrived on time and was packaged well.

Good app I recommend using it.

Paid for 3 tops, only to receive 2. The 2 tops I received were not as the picture indicated & of very poor quality! Sent them back to address customer service give me (in China). Postal tracking becomes a dead end there! The 3 top "got lost in transit" & I was told I'd be refunded my money. Never happened! Believe this company is scamming customers! Thank God my lesson here only cost me $75.00! I will not do business with them again!

After receiving my first top, I loved it so much I ordered 4 more! The fabric is so soft I could sleep in it. Colors were lovely. I often order xxl because I don’t like tight clothing, but the XL in this style and stretch fabric was true to size and comfortable.

This is a nice sweatshirt. It’s not thick sweatshirt material more like a rayon type, it’s on the thinner side, but I still love it. Fits perfectly. Not to baggy. I’m 5’5 about 180 wear between a large/xl this fits perfect.
