Difficult company to work with!
I ordered 2 fitness items. One was totally not what I ordered, which was a knee massager.
The second item I ordered and my Physical Therapist said it wouldn't help my issue.Daywick has no phone number, no person to talk to. Just support at email address and it took 3 tries before I got a response. They told me returns were very expensive because I need to pay overseas shipping, and refund would be small. Their website said nothing about difficulty of return. I am so frustrated and will call my credit card to see what to do next.
