Thank you David for the time care and attention you took in supporting me to get my will and LPAs in place. Although I'm hoping not to need them anytime soon (!:) it feels better to have everything in place.

My partner and I engaged David to write our wills. He started giving what turned out to be inaccurate and inappropriate financial advice. He is not qualified. We asked for our money back as the will was totally unusable. He refused so my partner issued county court proceedings to get the money back. We currently have a judgment against him but he is yet to pay up. A very disappointing service. Watch out for unqualified financial advice from David or anyone else.

I originally arranged my Will with David Nicholls shortly after losing my husband, a very difficult time, but David was extremely helpful and patient and made the task seamless, for which I was very grateful.
I would strongly recommend his services to deal with what seemed like a very daunting task, but made very simple.
