From my very first contact, peplabs and team have been sooo transparent, helpful and quick to respond to any questions I have - whether it be big or small. They go above and beyond to send voice notes too :) There was one tiny error that was made and literally it was resolved in a matter of an hour (if even that). Excellent customer service. Has gone above and beyond. Was sent out the next day, received items however one was damaged ( not their fault). Contacted them to explain this and was sent out a new item straight away. Will be ordering again once I have ran out.
