Refund very hard to achieve
I first ordered and paid for a door in October. On the 18th November I was told they didn’t have the door. I was told on the 19th of November they had actioned a refund. It took 3 weeks to reach my bank account. I don’t think they sell doors. I think they hold people’s money and make money off the interest.
Don’t use this company.

If you can find doors elsewhere, buy them
I had to chase several times to get my doors. Messages, emails, and voicemails weren't answered. It took 6 weeks to eventually track my doors down and get them delivered.
Then the door frame was damaged and there were parts missing for the stable doors. Again they have not answered messages nor calls.
Shocking Customer Service
I purchased a hardwood Stable door and weather strip on the 13th August 2025 for £527.96. Door arrived successfully but no weather strip! Called customer services numerous times and left a message each time. Emailed equally the same amount of times, no response from either.
Paid through Paypal who were little help. They took up the fight and were sent the tracking note!
Had to purchase another strip. Lost about £80 in all but just wanted to say the Customer Service is very poor. The door was however of good order and is now fitted. Why do companies put so little value into customer service......seems so foolish!

The door arrived really badly damaged. This was after a 3 week wait.
Did chat on the website, was told to email. Emailed pictures etc. no response. Tomorrow will be day 3 of waiting...

Door took weeks to arrive. Comms were poor, no updates given unless chased several times. Don’t order if you need anytime soon.

Very impressed by delivery time and quality of workmanship on delivered product. Although detailed description could be better to avoid negative reviews !!! Especially for customers with no knowledge of complications with natural quality wood products ???
Do they have any customer service people?
Ordered a door on 25 September. Cancelled it by email to their customer service email (because they have no phone number on their website) 3 working days later and requested a refund. 3 working days after my cancellation, I received a dispatch notification on 3 October, so I again emailed the 'info at' email address listed on the website to reiterate the cancellation.
Having received no reply a further 3 days later, my wife spoke to Jon/customer services online (again, no phone number) who said they'd message the courier to ensure it wasn't delivered. That same day, lo and behold, the door was delivered and left in our hallway (front door was open because we had builders in otherwise we'd have refused delivery).
My wife spoke to Jon again that day and he said no problem, they'll arrange a courier to collect and they'd issue a refund. A week later, no courier, no refund, no contact. I spoke with Jon on the chat on 13 October to get an update, he said he'd contact the dispatch team again and I'd get a confirmation email. They did not send an email and they did not issue the refund so again I had to speak to Jon on the 15th October. I said I did not want to leave the chat until I had a collection date, he refused to give this to me and simply said "the dispatch team is aware of this collection." It's now 21 October, a further week later, and *still* nothing from them. I've just tried the chat thing again and they're not even answering.
I've had the bloody thing blocking my hallway for the better part of a month because nobody monitors the customer service inbox and they didn't process the cancellation (that they had plenty of time to deal with before dispatch), with no contact and no refund issued and no collection date in sight. What am I supposed to do to get them to provide a basic level of customer service?

We’re now in October 2025 and we’ve no door and with so many emails and phone calls (no reply) and no money back. I’m at my wits end. I will delete this once I have my money back. Where is the rest of the money? You owe me still £200? Your mistake not mine

Not great for phone viewing
Doesn’t have a good range of composite doors as I’d hoped and webpage doesn’t view well on a mobile as the right hand side is cut off and I can’t zoom out and move the screen to the side.
