Darello London 

I walked into this scam with my eyes open. Only checked reviews after I had already placed an order. And everything I read about them is actually true. The shop is non existent and nothing gets delivered. I blame myself but warn anyone else who bumps into Darello to run

Scam!
Wrong coat sent as it looks nothing like the pictures. Very lightweight, it’s not tailored and pretty sub standard craftsmanship. Wrong design. Doesn’t fit. Took ages to arrive from China… considering it was billed as a ‘London Tailor’. Just completely unacceptable. Tried to get a refund. Continually being fobbed off, however they eventually issued me with their returns sheet… complicated and costly to return all the way to china… not worth the return so I’ll just forget it.
You’re warned… don’t buy from this seller. ‘Darello London’ is nothing but ‘Darello Cheap Quality (Nothing like the pictures) China’
Update, I won my money back after a few weeks and not requiring to return the sham coat! Don’t know how I won it back as they didn’t communicate it… was it the bank complaint or the several emails I sent them, unsure, but the money is in my account and I’m satisfied now!

Absolute farce
Item came through the post, quality ok-below expectation however ordered to the size chart and it’s basically a child’s XL. Unable to return.

First time scammed.
Do NOT entertain this pile of crap site.
Order actually arrived 4XL coat which actually measured their L size.
Material is similar to the packing material you get in PC packaging.
Complained and got 25% of my money back, as you pay return, which has to be insured, tracked and signed for to Shenzen, China.

Please everyone do not get fouled by the name...this company has nothing to do with London, the pictures shown on the site are all fake, not the products that they are selling. They sell really cheap, bad quality items, delivery takes ages and they offer return but then you have to support the cost of postage and guess where you post the items for return? ...In China...

If you paid via Paypal you can claim your money back by stating the wrong size was sent. Attach evidence of the size. Paypal just issued a full refund.

This is a scam/fraud. Company based in China. No products arrived even after 4weeks of waiting. No reply to my emails. Have reported to my bank.

Absolutely crap 💩 Garbage quality from China with no returns available 😒 Massive scam.

I purchased a coat from this company, the website states it has a 5* Trust Pilot rating (which is a lie), it states that the products are made in Britain, however, my product had to be shipped from China and took a long time to arrive. I typically wear a large, however, with this being a coat, I sized up to an XL, had I known these were Chinese sizings, I’d have sized up even further. The coat arrived, too small, smelling or petrol, made of a cheap felt like material and about a foot shorter than advertised on the website. It appears that some kind of AI has been used in their advertising on the website as the product photos are not the same as the product.

Fake! Don’t go anywhere near it. Can’t cancel the orders once placed, can’t return any ‘promotional’ items which is all of them and the email address doesn’t work

Scam unfortunately I placed an order so now gotta wait for the product to turn up to be binned

😭😭😭 I really wish I had come to read the reviews before purchase😭 the trench coat I received is so horrible and I can’t even let my patner wear that horrible item. When I saw the reviews there I thought there were legit but turns out they are a total scam. I am so pissed right now and I have a feeling they will not return the money as the item was on sale😭 absolute rubbish. I wish I had read the returns policy too. I have learned my lesson the hard way

Please steer clear of this CHINESE company called DARELLO-LONDON. Despite the name, they have absolutely no connection to London, UK. It's just a tactic to lure and deceive unsuspecting customers.

DARELLO-LONDON is a complete scam. Unfortunately, I fell victim to their dishonest practices, and I don’t want anyone else to go through the same experience.

Please, do yourself a favor and avoid DARELLO-LONDON entirely. They are nothing but fraudsters preying on innocent people.

I can’t score a zero unfortunately. To save me repeating the experiences of others who have been “cheated” by this company do not go near them. Here are the opinions if you ask for a full refund

There is no London return address and you are expected to pay the postage to CHINA.

It’s a total con. Hassle free return policy my a.. !

Please let’s others know. I can’t believe they can get away with this. Total junk, wrong size sent was this an error or intentional? Name implies a London address….. it’s so wrong in so many counts.

Complete scam! I was caught with their false advertising! What arrived is utter tatt! Way too small, terrible quality and took an age to be delivered! Everything they claim not to be on their advert. I was well and truly done, don’t get caught yourself!

If I could put 0 stars I'd put it. Do not buy from this site. It is not the items listed. Comes from China and is horrible. I have opened a dispute via my credit card as It doesn't even fit.

I don’t want to give them 1 star. False advertising. SCAM SCAM. It has fake Trustpilot reviews giving them 5 stars . It’s a joke. Ordered the grey trench coat in an XL. I actually laughed when I received it. So small it fits my size 10 daughter. Well done Darello not London you got me. Cannot refund as they only offer refunds on full price items. There are no full price items on there. And it isn’t obvious until you need to return an item. I emailed their info@ 2 days ago and still waiting for a reply. Disgusting rubbish not even worth using as a dish cloth.
