This company are liars and so disingenuous a complete scam. I never received the coat and despite having a email conversation with them about a refund you get automates responses which have no context to your request. Don't order from them I was able to get a refund due to me using my bank card.
They are cold heartless & don't give a damn.
STAY CLEAR OF THESE FRAUDS PERIOD.

I strongly urge everyone NOT to buy anything from Darello-London. I paid the full amount for a coat, and what I received was completely different — a tiny, low-quality coat that looked like it was made for a child. It was nothing like what they showed on their website.

I contacted them multiple times over the last several months, and they completely ignored my emails — except for one useless reply. After that, total silence. They clearly have no intention of fixing their mistake or helping their customers.

Also, be warned: the "reviews" on their website using the Trustpilot logo are 100% fake. There are hundreds of them, all suspiciously positive, which is clearly an attempt to deceive new customers.

Please don’t fall for it. This website is a scam, and I don’t want anyone else to lose their money like I did.

Looks like I've been scammed! Paid since December 2024 and till date (march 2025)nothing sent to me.

Unfortunately, I purchased an item but I did not receive it. When I tried to get a refund, they only partially refunded it.

Do not buy from this company. They're a scam. Sent low quality wrong size garments. Asked for refund and was instructed to send items back to China. I sent recorded and signed for post weeks ago and it cost me nearly £30 but no sign of refund despite several email reminders .stay away from this website pls.

Do not use this site, wish I'd seen the true reviews not the fake ones on their site... Ordered a trench coat, a very poor quality one barely big enough for a kids jacket arrived. Asked to return and would have to send back to china as no UK store as stated... Went in the bin as poor quality and wanted to pay for tracking so they can scam someone else.. all advertising for this scam should be removed

Worst type of scammers, I don't know why Instagram still make them do adverts. They say they are in London, they have no presence there, I checked! Store does not exist. I ordered a MIKAEL | Trench Coat, XL size, they sent me one Low quality, small size, light coat that smells. I tried contacting them, they have no phone number! RED FLAG!!! Sent a mail, and they are asking for money to refund back to China, why am I returning to China for something that was sent to me from London? Also there is a charcge on returning back items. SO their 30 days money back guarantee is a scam! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Got a baby size XL, won’t fit me 20 years ago. Tried to return, they asked to pay for shipping to china, which is more than the item price.

I ordered for a coat of £44.99 from SP Darello London with my usual size preference but to my surprise, i got a ridiculous extremely small size and all effort to get them to return it came with some ridiculous process. I never knew my order is coming from China until I was asked to return (which comes with a cost of £22). This act is fraudulent, demeaning and very annoying. Darello London does not have a good customer centric relationship. I regret shopping on their platform.

I ordered it a month ago and still waiting for it. I sent 2 emails to them but no reply. I wish I could read the real reviews before to order. It s such a big scam and I am a fool to fall for it. Jesus 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

This is definitely a scam company. The worst quality items I've ever seen. Sizing is way off, and their website is riddled with lies. They do not process returns, and the high trust pilot rating they put on their website is different from the real low rating.

As other reviews, clearly a scam/useless business. The jacket is very poor quality fabric, almost a joke in fact how bad it is. As cheap as cheap can be. Nothing like the images. In correspondence with Nick Ijsseldijk info @ darello-london com. He is trying every option in the book not to refund, instead offering other free lore quality nonsense. I've been asking for the refund several times. He's now stopped replying. Issue a refund immediately or face trading standards.
