Never Sent Product and Had to Dispute Charge

You took my money and never sent the handbag. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge because no one from customer service responded to any of my emails. This business has terrible customer service. I’m never ordering from this company again.

It’s been 7 months

It’s been 7 months and I haven’t received my order or any update. I have reached out several times and no response from the customer care team. I know my order was only $200 USD but I worked too hard for my money, to be ignored. I really wanted to support this business and was excited about this brand.

BEWARE!!! MONEY STOLEN

BEWARE!!!! Company stole $10 from me and never sent anything. Owner promised to rectify and gift a bag and never did anything. Not even return my $10 for shipping me nothing.
Company is unethical and a disgrace. Lying thieves. Imagine if they are taking $10 from 100+ random customers and never sending product.

I have sent 3 emails trying to obtain the tracking info & have not received a response. The tracking info provided on Shop is old & outdated. I will NEVER purchase from you again. I plan to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Customer Service Needs to Improve

I was really excited to purchase from and support this brand as a West African girlie! I ordered 2 items, but only one of the two items was correct. There was a lack of communication on their end about the issue until I said something. The issue has yet to be rectified, and I have not received the correct product. It has almost been a month with no updates. This is the 2nd time I've had customer service issues so that is definitely a needed area for improvement. Neither their US phone number nor their customer service email is helpful. Sometimes their chat is.

Order made via website, delivery was within 7 working days. I was given notification of dispatch and delivery.
Very happy with the bag quality and colour of the bag received.

I ordered the Darasimi chain bag delievery took a while but it was so worth the wait. The first day I wore it out it everyone complimented me. I want the brown version as well and will definitely be ordering this at a later stage.

Exceptional Customer Service!

I recently purchased a stunning lamb skin handbag from Daniel Dyepriye, and I must say, it's an absolute beauty! However, upon closer inspection, I noticed a minor imperfection. Naturally, I contacted their customer service team to address the issue.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and care demonstrated by the Daniel Dyepriye team. From the moment I reported the damage, they treated the matter with utmost urgency. They promptly set my expectations, ensuring I knew exactly what steps would be taken to resolve the issue.

What truly impressed me was their proactive approach to customer satisfaction. Not only did they check in with me regularly to keep me informed of the progress, but they also went above and beyond by arranging for a replacement bag free of charge.

I ordered two ibukun totes bags on the…

I ordered two ibukun totes bags on the via American website during the Black Friday promotion. One bag came an around a month later. The 2nd bag took nearly however was out of stock so after contacting them on Instagram they customer service team personally called me and arranged a delivery within an hour to my door plus a bonus bag for my troubles. So instead of 2 I now own three luxury bags. Definitely worth the wait.

Frauds. Took 3 months to deliver and delivered the wrong bag worth a third of the value of the bag ordered. Never responded to emails or messages thereafter

They have all of the comments shut off for a reason

So I ordered 2 bags from them during the Thanksgiving holiday. I got one bag in about 2 weeks. The other one never came. I messaged them so many times. I emailed. I sent DMs. They had the audacity to get an attitude with me. I agreed to get another bag, they never sent that either. I finally had to contact my credit card & tell them the issue. Luckily my cc refunded me the money. Now their prices have been doubled in a 3 months. They have shut off comments because they're screwing other people over. I will never buy from them again and would never recommend them to anyone.

UPDATE!!!!!!!Even after the reply below they couldn't even come through with this offer. Do yourself a favor & AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Luxury at its best!!

It’s very rear I buy outside LVMH brands but Daniel Diyepriye really proved itself to me as the real deal of African Luxury, from my Tomiwa jigsaw clutch which is made from 100% brown waxed leather to their unique packaging and customer services really gave me the sense that there’s something special about this brand.

I really can’t fault them and will certainly be going through their men’s range. My Mrs has already started listing her must get.
