Things can go wrong but it's how you fix them!
I was disappointed to find my order didn't arrive on the day it was due...... my frustration boiled over as I couldn't contact the office all morning to chase things up as I was desperate for the top soil.
After eventually getting success on the phone in the afternoon I discovered a power cutit had hit the business in the morning causing the phones to go down.
I did receive an email from Jordan saying the goods would be with me on Saturday morning and a full apology regarding the days events. True enough the top soil arrived on my drive as promised.
Things often go wrong but it's how you fix them that's important.

Thank you for your patience and for reaching out to us. We sincerely apologise for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced with your delivery. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with the delays and lack of communication, and we deeply regret that your experience was not up to the standard we strive to provide.
On the day you chased us for an estimated delivery time, we unfortunately experienced a major power cut at our Sealand Road office in Chester. This caused significant disruptions to our phone lines, which lasted until well after 4pm that day. As a result, we were unable to respond to calls in a timely manner and had limited ability to provide accurate updates.
Additionally, we had an agency driver assisting us on that day, and unfortunately, they were unable to complete their run, which further delayed your delivery. We understand how this impacted your schedule, and we sincerely apologise for that.
We did send you an update on Friday evening informing you that your order would be delivered the following morning, and we hope that this helped clarify the situation.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for the lack of communication and the delays. We value your business, and we are committed to improving our processes to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

Very accommodating when delivering
Very accommodating when delivering 2 tonne bags of Vegegrow soil, especially useful having the smaller crane lorry which meant it could be put in my garden via a small private road. A much better alternative to leaving it on the front drive and having to use the wheelbarrow to move it all! Thank you Tom for using the crane to get it exactly where I needed it!

Fantastic service & fantastic product!
This was my first order with Dandy’s, they’d been recommended to me by a few people.
I wasn’t sure quite what I needed & they were really helpful on the phone, checking what I wanted to use it for and suggesting the best thing to get.
Delivery was super efficient - they kept in touch and even though I couldn’t be at home, they left it in exactly the right place.
I ordered the Composted Mulch Bark Fines and it really was fantastic quality & perfect for what I needed.

I can almost hear my plants saying thank you!
This is the fourth time I’ve used Dandy’s and, as before, the compost arrived quickly and when promised. The Palletforce driver was very pleasant and helpful. I know from previous experience that the Spring Mix Compost is an excellent product and this delivery is no exception.
