I joined the affiliate program of DadGang Co through the Socialsnowball platform on May 30, 2025. The total revenue I generated for the brand was approximately $85,000, and the commission recorded by the system for me was $8,500.
However, it has been over 70 days, and I still have not received the commission payment via PayPal. I have sent more than 15 emails to their support team requesting clarification, but have received no response whatsoever.
This has been an extremely disappointing experience and has made me feel exploited. My team and I invested a great deal of effort, time, and resources to generate significant revenue for DadGang Co, only to be met with silence and a lack of accountability in return.
I will not remove this review until I receive an official response and the payment that was promised by DadGang Co. I did not expect a major brand to operate in such an unprofessional and non-transparent manner.

However, I recently discovered that my affiliate account has been silently removed or deactivated without any prior notice, explanation, or evidence of any policy violation on my part. Share a full breakdown of the commissions earned under the account.

Should I not receive a satisfactory response and the full payment within the given timeframe, I will be compelled to publicly disclose this matter across social media platforms, affiliate marketing communities, and relevant forumsto warn other potential partners about the risks of working with your brand.

I order since June 7, 2025 and until now im still waiting for my item! They dont have any customer service. I paid for shipping as well but still take too long to deliver! And when you open your account you won't see your order. Dont buy on this company! Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service! Hat sizes are not consistent

Interesting concept, but disappointing execution and policies. As a new dad, I was excited to support this company. However, their hat care instructions ultimately void any possibility of an exchange if something goes wrong. One of my three hats shrank, and customer service refused to help. Now, I’m left with hats from a company I no longer want to support. Switching to Barstool hats instead. Avoid this brand.

ordered a mookie betts hat, nvr rcvd any tracking number. almost 3 was later rcvd a confirmation the hat was delivered. went outside, no hat. reviewed my security footage, no delivery was ever made. contacted dad gang and they tell he i have to file a claim with USPS before they will take any action. USPS approves my claim, i sent to dad gang and they refuse to send me a new hat. i didn’t even want a refund, just the hat re-sent. worse company i’ve ever purchased from or had to deal with. their customer service department is horrendous. stay far, far, away.
