I accidentally ruined two of my newest dad gang hats and I reached out to them to see if there was anything they could do to help me replace them and they did exactly that gave me a discount code to help me replace them …thank you for that dad gang I love these hats I have a big head haha wear a size 8 in fitted hats and these hats fit super good with like 5 snaps left on them even lol

What made my experience great was the communication I had a few problems with my orders and DG was responsive to my emails and kept communication with me until everything was resolved for that reason I have continued to order more items from them I ordered like 3 hats to start and now I have almost every hat on the app and a world tour hoodie and I just placed another order of 4 more hats don’t tell the wife lol I’m glad I found this organization I’m a new dad and a very proud one to a gorgeous baby girl so i need a way to show that in style I wear a hat everyday to let it be known how proud I truly am and I’m thankful that I can do that in style

The customer service team is excellent. I emailed them late one night and received an immediate response with the answer to my question and the correction to my order. It is so rare these days to get great customer service but Dad Gang went above and beyond with my expectations. I will definitely purchase from this company and recommend them to everyone.

Probably the hat I’ve ever bought in my entire life. And especially for the price.
For context, my wife bought me a hat for my birthday in August. I love the hat, It’s a great hat and everything like that. Overtime Sweat builds up, I hand washed it and let it out to dry. Still didn’t do anything. I messaged them to see if they could help me out.
Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, save your money don’t even bother. Cheap product, which is really disappointing. Because overall, I liked the product originally. It was really disappointing and it upset my wife that my birthday gift ended up being an absolute crap.
Don’t even bother.

love the hats, i've ordered multiple times with no issues and even gifted hats to friends who love them. When i had an issue, DG responded literally immediately.

I've been ordering hats from dad gang over the last couple years. My husband has multiple hats in all the colors. I've had issues twice once wasnt to their fault. The first time i couldnt find my order so I emailed they found my order and sent tracking details. The second time we received the wrong hat it happens but they were quick with the response to my email once again and sent out the correct hat and a return label. Im not sure why they have a 2.2 rating should be 5 on here. I see their hats all over the place too. So to the dads that started this company keep it up your doing awesome and please never lose the communication.
