I got the impression they are busy with huge orders and their furniture manufacturing so may take a while to get round to sort the smaller orders but i was always kept in the loop and Karrie and Jaimie we certainly polite and genuine helpful .
A real hidden gem of a find I am well happy .

I made a bad review previously because our order was delayed with no end in sight and noone from Cut My talking to us. Surprisngly our order came very shortly after the review, so i removed the bad review and gave them the benefit of the doubt, and we ordered from them again.

That was my first experience with ordering cut to size laminated chipboard in England (I've done it before several times in another country). I found the company by a web search. Like the online order form. So I ordered and paid online. It's interesting policy, you pay for the full sheets only and it doesn't matter how many cuts you make. Of course you have to pay for edging as well if you need it.
Delivery is quite expensive, so it doesn't worth if you need just one sheet.
About their quality - it's amazing. Immaculate clean cut, perfect edging. All the details are labelled. Thanks!

My order was for items that are seemingly impossible to source in the south west of England. Luckily cut to size are close to family in west sussex. Competitive prices and easy to collect

I had been ordering a few times from them, every time there were damaged and scratched boards, however, I assumed that this is sort of normal.
The worst thing is that they never answer calls or emails, you have to drive there to ask where is my order which is always late or they have done only a part of it. This is very irritating especially if you have to hire a van to collect a big order.
I guess next time I will look somewhere else.

Unfortunately, a 1 star rating is as low as I’m able to go! Let’s give them that star for how easy it was to order the product online. That’s where the positives end.
I ordered 16 pieces of MFC from this company early/mid December. Firstly, the delivery didn’t arrive on the day I was told it would (van broke down), this can happen. When the delivery did arrive 13 of the 16 pieces were badly scratched and unusable. Quality control must have missed this order.
Dealing with this company has left me out of pocket, waiting in for the delivery that failed to arrive, and waiting in to receive substandard materials.
Will not use again and would never recommend this company!!

Great service. Great prices

Terrible. Had an issue with scratched boards and the company said they’ll replace them. That was almost 4 months ago now. I keep chasing and they keep saying they were waiting for stock which is due in next week, this was said time after time. I’ve been promised time after time. I’ve got a unit I cannot put together with scratched boards. I’m going to have to pay again to order from elsewhere to complete the work. If they said they wouldn’t replace my could have at least reordered ages ago. It’s absolutely shocking. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service and constant lies. They have now also stopped replying to me emails. No refund, no replacements, nothing. Use at your own risk!
