I ordered 2 posters before and really liked the quality. I ordered another with a league of legends champion skin they didn't have posted and they were able to make it for me. It arrived and the quality is consistent with the first posters I got.

Well packaged, and product was gorgeous.

I ordered six different images as custom prints, but when I received them, I had gotten six copies of the same image! After explaining the situation, Customprinthaus happily replaced my mistaken prints. The posters of high quality, and I would highly recommend this company for anyone who needs some extra decoration!

My order was marked as delivered but I never received it. Not sure what went wrong but it was on UPS’s side not customprinthaus. Customprinthaus stayed in contact with me and were able to send another product free of charge which was successfully delivered and was of high quality.

Custom Print House did a fantastic job with not only the prints but with communication. To be honest, the quality of my prints are extremely high, but that is to be expected when paying for a job like this. I instead want to focus on the communications. They stayed in contact with me about shipping as my area has unique shipping restraints. They did not fail to keep me updated and did check up on me personally to make sure I received my order.

Original order was not what I expected but company quickly ordered me a new print. The replacement image was absolutley perfect.

The package arrived on time and looks so good! Definitely will order from here again.

Paid for overnight shipping and have not received it 5 days later

I ordered a Veigar poster and it's already more than a week now. And I still haven't gotten the poster or a reply from the seller about the status of the item.

I bought the KOKOMI and AYAKA game card posters size 12 x 18. When I looked at the reference image with the couch I assumed it would be as big as the reference for that size. The posters themselves are relatively small compared to the reference image so I must buy 2 more to fill up my wall that way that I had hoped. The poster themselves are great quality and stunning!

shipping was maybe 2 days later than expected but overall i had a great experience fast shipping

I simply placed an online order, received regular notifications of the order status, until I received the shipment, contained in a well-thought out monkey-proof triangular corrugated cardboard box. Well done!

Beautiful print. Ordered a 20x20" print of a classic painting I've subsequently learned was only 7x7". The print and color quality was excellent. You see the cracks in the paint (like the original) but the digital pixelation was minimal - obviously a high resolution digital file. buy with confidence.

easy 5 stars. No real complaints other than slow delivery, but that’s not there fault. Love the quality, they even made my custom lunar guardian nasus! They look incredible and I’ll definitely get more!

I ordered 3 prints that took 10 days longer then it should have and when i got my prints they were rolled up making it a pain to unroll and try to put up while its bending forward.

but I did get the prints and they look amazing with nothing wrong with them. I will be buying more in the future!

I never received my order, and the USPS label says cancelled. Where is my poster?

I still have no received the poster. I have emailed the company and had no email in return. I will give a better review if I can receive what I payed for, but as of now I am very disappointed.

Never heard if my item was shipped. Emailed 4 times to change order with no response. No clue what is happening with my purchase.
