Same as KS. Placed order and got UPS tracking the next day, but UPS never got package and no response when I tried to contact them.

I placed my order on May 18, and the shipping label was created on May 19. Since then, there have been no updates. I have tried reaching out via phone, chat, and email, but I have received no response whatsoever. I am beginning to question the legitimacy of this business.

I ordered some custom transfers from this company in which I paid as well as paid for shipping. The package was evidently delayed by UPS, I contacted UPS about it and they asked if I had contacted the transfer company. At that time that I called I had not receive a response. UPS stated for me to wait to see if the package would still arrive. This was over a week since I ordered my transfers which I needed for an order I was trying to fulfil. I told the compant what happened. They asked me if I contacted UPS, I told them yes. I asked them how can this be resovled. Custom Print House offered to reprint them and send another set of transfers. In which I replied that I would appreciate it. I contacted UPS to start an investigation because not only was I out of money for shipping and my purchase, Custom Print House was going to print another set of transfers. That was a Thursday. That Saturday I contacted them again thinking that they would have a tracking number for the replacement. No reponse. I contacted them Sunday, No response, I contacted them Monday, no response, finally I heard from them on Tuesday from someone named Onur who stated that they reprinted them and sent them on Friday. Cool no problem, I asked if I could get the tracking number. He stated that he wasn't near his computer but would check and let me know. That was yesterday. Contacted UPS again to let them know that I never received my package at all and find out the status of the investigation. I contacted Custom Print House again today to get the new tracking number and he contacts me back stating he doesn't know what's going on and to give him a new address and he will print them and sned them there. WHAT???? You said you printed them last Friday and sent them. So that was a lie!!!! I repeated to him what was going on since April 24 and that I did not have another address for him to send the transfers to. Why wouldn't you just give me the tracking number from Friday?? (Oh because you never reprinted them and just lied about that.) He stated again for me to give him a different address. I told him that I did not have one. The address on file was the only one. He says "I alreaady ship on time, what do you want me to do?" He never responded after that. Customer service is horrible. First you lied about reprinting them and then you are rude to me for no reason. I am out of money also. Hopefully UPS can find my package or resolve this beacuse Custom Print house definitely did not!! Will NEVER use them again!

The Renaissance paintings by Giorgione I ordered were cropped. I looked back on the website and realized they were cropped in the photos as well, so not false advertising, but in real life the cropping in bothersome.

I love this poster company I have ordered before with them and no problems, I would have given it 5 stars but after this ordered I made I didn’t get the item’s size right I ordered a 24x36 and instead got a 12x18, I have contacted them about this but have been waiting 3 DAYS!! for a response and nothing. Customer service needs to be better. EDIT: I received my poster after them responding I honestly loved it the quality was just as good as expected would buy again

The selection of posters is the largest by far that I have seen to date, however the quality of the posters were poor and the posters were slightly grainy and had blurred edges which was disappointing. (I ordered A4)

Im so happy to have found this print shop!! The prices are unbelievably great- so much so that I was worried how legit this place is… but they definitely exceeded my expectations! I love the prints so much and they are very high quality. They came wrapped very well and protected. My order came with a mystery gift and they even chose a poster similar to the others I ordered, and it goes so well and is so cute. I am so appreciative!

The print and frame I ordered are quality and look amazing! Will order from them again.

I ordered some prints and frames online from Customprinthaus and was very happy with the results. The quality of prints is very good, the frame color was as expected, and very light weight.

If I could recommend a small improvement, it would be to include the option for a mat around the print to give the picture/print more significance.

I was unsure and hesitated. I emailed some questions. They were really good answering what I asked. I felt there was a real, solid person answering what I asked. I punted and ordered the print. This is great quality and I'm very excited to frame it in my dining room (and surprise my wife with it). Yes, will use these guys again!

I normally don’t write reviews but I was so impressed with this business.I ordered a large print 28 x 28.About a week later it arrived double packaged and in mint condition.I purchased the museum quality paper.The colors are vivid and everything looks true to image as on the website.Communication was prompt.The price was very reasonable.I would order again in a heartbeat.
