Very disappointed with the delivery service. I paid an additional fee specifically to have my order delivered today, but unfortunately, it did not arrive as promised. If a company charges customers extra for guaranteed or expedited delivery, they should honor that commitment. I paid more because I needed the order today, and I expect either an explanation or a refund of the additional delivery fee. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Great Customer Service
Vendors response to my delayed shipment has made me feel that I am a valued customer. The shipment was lost during carrier logistics and not the fault of original manufacturer and she (Charlotte) has stepped up to still provide the great services to me as a customer to help resolve issue.
