Don't trust the reviews for this online pharmacy. A month after cancelling an online order I am still battling to get my refund of over £100. Despite my numerous emails and text messages reminding, pleading and now threatening, they keep saying it will be done within 72 hours - that was 3 weeks ago.

I'd give zero stars if I could for the UNSOLICITED email trying to get me to subscribe to some vague "list". Never purchased from you and now I never will

Scammers, I ordered on April 18 but cancelled my order within hours and before dispatch, called numerous amount of times and told my refund has been processed, I have now reported them. Please do not order from these. £189 out of pocket

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. You can tell this company is a scam — they take your money before even approving the order.

Most companies will simply accept proof of an existing prescription without forcing you through the whole first-time Mounjaro process again.

This has started all over again, and I’ve probably lost around £300 dealing with these scumbags.

If I could give zero i would haven't received refund for pen tjey overcharged me for then get pen did week one worked fine went to do 2nd week stuck wont roll been on monjauri for over 2yrs only had it happen once with pen was replaced also think people should know your not getting what your paying for FACT .

Not sure why there’s a warning about fake reviews being removed. I’m pretty sure it’s evident by all the reviews on here they aren’t fake as it’s the same issue with this company not refunding peoples money. I had to go through my bank and get a charge back as they just don’t respond. Surely they can’t keep stealing peoples money.

I wanted to update on my case of the money being refunded , unfortunately they have not . Called and emailed multiple times and they keep ignoring.
I strongly advise ppl not to buy from them and as I read lots of ppl had issues with their refunds . Something needs to be done , they can not keep stealing ppl money

Nobody should buy anything from this website.
They will scam you and take your money. They try scamming you by asking for "legitimate" details like your GP. I ordered Mounjaro from this website for £149 and they asked for me to call them on Zoom, but when it came time for the call, they did not respond. This company is a fraud.

Do not deal with this company. They have stolen £150 from me. I ordered goods and on the same day cancelled my order. They wanted a £30 admin fee for cancellation which I conceded and was told id receive the refund of the £120 within 14 days. It is now been over 6 weeks and nothing. They told me 3 times the refund had been processed which was obviously a lie. That is when they did reply, numerous emails have gone unanswered. Reading other reviews this is a common occurrence. I have made a complaint with trading standards and their regulatory body. They cannot continue to steal peoples money. This is obviously a business with no ethics or morals. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid! Take money, don't provide goods, don't provide refund. They are now disputing chargeback with Bank. Unlikely Bank will pay them. Will escalate to legal proceedings if refund not obtained. Cured pharmacy havehad £20 processing fee - that is more than enough for a fraudster company.

I couldn't be accepted on the programme and I was asking for my money back, I sent numerous emails and was told twice it would be in my account in 72 hours! Of course it wasn't. I kept on with both emails & phone calls but none by then were answered so I got PayPal involved and within a week they got me my money back. Thank-you Paypal.
Obviously if I could give the pharmacy 0% rating I would, all I can say to others thinking about purchasing be very careful especially how you pay them.

If I could put zero I would! Absolutely disgraceful. Requested a refund after cancelling my order over 1 month ago. Still no refund issued. Con company! As I’m not the first I just wish I would’ve read reviews first. Will be reporting to trading standards and all other relevant bodies!

Good communication from Pharmacist. Checked my weight loss, progress and any side effects regularly. I've lost 2.5 stone in last 6 months and really happy with the service.

Very efficient and customer service was great.
Video call was organised quickly and man I spoke to was polite and friendly.

Absolutely horrible customer service, they took my money on 13/04/2026 the cancelation was done same day today is 05/05/2026 still have not received refund. Keep ringing them just no help whatever very arrogant people. Do not use their service absolutely rubbish.

One of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I sent in all the relevant documents as requested. I received a whole bunch of repetitive emails so I asked to cancel and refund. Again, a whole bunch of repetitive emails asking for the same stuff even though I’ve said I wanted to cancel and refund. In the end I had to succumb to just accepting the order. Had a video consultation a week ago and still haven’t received anything from them. Emailed them asking where my order is, they responded with ‘ we haven’t received your documents. If you prefer you can have a consultation with a pharmacist’. Then they had. The audacity to say they’ll deduct £30 if they refunded. I have no refund and no jab. AVOID! Disgusting customer service. SCAMMERS!

Scam. Do not use them ! Used them before no issues but bought a product, waited for a call in line with their request. They have failed to ring me TWICE despite me sending my photo and ID as requested. Paid for a product never received! I will be submitting a claim to my bank. AVOID!!
